Sometimes, the best way to deal with insomnia is to pretend you're invisible. Up the old tree you used to climb as a kid, and onto the roof of your house. All you need to do is press your back to the shingles, and watch the stars. Picture those beings somewhere up there, watching you like an ant in one of those displays they used to show at school science fairs.

Think of their world, and how there could be an endless inception of creature-watching and studying.

Eventually, you'll realize how many larger realities there are, and feel minuscule, so tiny that you may as well not exist. And that if you don't exist, nothing is reality, and whatever ails you really doesn't matter in the great scheme of things. Why doesn't it matter?

Because things that seem big to you are really just minuscule to larger, more important existences. And to those gigantic beings, you are invisible.
