I get changed while all time low- weightless blasts through my phone. I've decided that I'm going to school.
I choose black skinny jeans, joy division tank top and my plaid cover up. I then sort out my hair and leave straight away.
When I get to school, I go to my locker to see Calum leaning against it, smiling the heart wrenching smile. "Hi Calum." I say before putting my things in. "So... Jade, um, I'm having a party tonight, wanna come?" He asks. Say no, he's luring you into his trap, just say no."
"Calum, sorry I can't. I'm... Going to the cinema with my cousin, I'd love to... But I can't, sorry." I lie. At first he looks suspicious, but he quickly covers it up with a quick smile. "Uh... Okay, but if anything changes, you can swing by." And with that, he strolls away. I kind of think he knows that I was lying, but oh well.
I walk in and slam the door behind me, exhausted. I go upstairs and start listening to green day: holiday, singing along to each word. I then, for some unknown reason, begin to think of everything bad about my life right now. Abbie hasn't bothered speaking to me in ages, my mum dying, Calum trying to do whatever, my dad almost killing me and Michael.
Michael, the one person I trusted left me to deal with literally the weight of the world on my shoulders. WHY?? I can't deal with this anymore.
I grab my blade and then drag the cold metal across my arm, drawing blood. I watch as my blood forms a miniature dark red puddle on the floor. It feels good for some reason, so I look down at my thighs. Should I? Yes I should. I scrape the blade across my skin a few times and then pull my jeans back on.
I still feel like the urge to freaking kill myself. I think hard for a solution, until it finally pops up in my mind. Alcohol. Yes, alcohol. I grab my purse and my old fake id (yes I had one already) and then walk out of the door and in the direction of the nearest nightclub.
I walk in to the club and the bitter strong scent of beer hits me hard. I stroll up to the bar, trying to act casual. I order my first shot and gulp it down as fast as I can. It isn't working yet. Second: I'm starting to feel something. Third: I'm happier already! Fourth: Wow, this works!
As I walk back from the shop, I see Jade across the road. It doesn't look like she's with her cousin. I walk across and I cringe at the deathly strong smell of alcohol lingering around her, she's drunk. "Hi Jade. Uh, have you been drinking?" I ask. She begins to giggle at me. "Only a little Calum!" She laughs. I shake my head at her.
That's when I realize. I can take her back to the guys and she won't care as she's drunk. "Do you want to come back to my friends house?" I mutter. She nods and we begin walking back (well, she's staggering).
I shut the door behind her and tell her to wait where she is. She just smiles at me and nods. I run upstairs, where the guys are playing FIFA. "Jade's here, just to let you know." I inform them. Their heads all turn towards me and they stand up. "But... She's had a few drinks, if you know what I mean." I sigh.
Ash grins and then goes downstairs. We all follow him, until he stops right in front of her. "Hi Jade!" He says, as if she is his best friend or something. She looks at me and I smile, so she returns it. "Ashton Irwin. The dick who bullies me even though he doesn't know that my life is hell, because his heads too far up his own ass." She scoffs. Luke stifles a little laugh at this.
She pulls an evil looking smirk at Luke. "Don't even get me started on you, pretty boy." She hisses. He steps back and then I look to Michael, whose eyes are glued to the floor. She then sees Michael and laughs hysterically.
