"Ashton." I said walking into his room. He was asleep, holding Jaclyn in his arms. I smiled. "Ashton." I said again. He woke up. "Hey." He said. I smiled.
"I wanted you to know, I only thought I was pregnant. I'm not though." I said. He smiled. "I'm sorry for last night. I over reacted." I said. "It's alright. You're right. I should have told you." He said.
"Come here." He said, opening his arms. I smiled, and got into the bed. "I love you so much." He said. "I love you too." I replied. "Jackie was worried last night." He said. "I believe her exact words were, daddy, are you and mommy gonna get untogether." He said. I laughed.
"Thank you." I said. He looked at me. "for what?" He asked. "For being so good with Jaclyn, and staying with us, and not leaving." I replied. "Baby, I'm not going anywhere. I love you. But I love Jackie more." He said. I laughed. "But really, you're too special to me, to leave. You're mine, and you're the best. You take care of me, you let me stay at your house. You hated me when we first met." He said. At thing point, a few tears fell down my face.
"Wow mrs. Irwin. This is great." I said as I are breakfast. "Thank you. See Ashton, someone likes my cooking." She said. "Mum, your cooking isn't bad, it just doesn't taste good." He said. "Ashton, that's not nice. Your mothers food tastes great." I said. "And thank you for giving Jaclyn cereal." I said. "Oh of course. Babies love cereal." She said.
"Mommy! Look!" Jaclyn yelled. "Jaclyn Rose! Don't do it." I said. "Jackie." Ashton said. Jackie put down the bowl. "Wow." Mrs. Irwin said. Ashton and I both looked at her.
"Ashton, what a good father figure. Lauren told me about this little one, and how her father isn't really in the picture, but wants to be, and how Ashton is a father to her." She said. "He's great with her. I can't even get her to stop yelling, but he can get her to sleep and eat. Plus, he let's her sleep on him." I said. Ashton started to blush, so he looked to the ground. "Ashton was always like that." She said.
"So how old are you dear?" Mrs. Irwin asked. "I'm nineteen." I said. "How old is she?" She asked pointing to Jaclyn. "Four." I said. She nodded.
"Yo! Ash!" Someone yelled. Then, they all walked in. Calum, Luke, and Michael. "Calum!" Jaclyn yelled. "Is that... Jackie!" Calum yelled, running over to her. He picked her up, and spun her around, and kissed her head.
"Hey hottie." Michael said. "Hey Mikey." I replied. Ashton laughed. "I heard about the fire babe. You doing alright?" Michael asked. I nodded. "Every now and then I get some pains, but nothing major. Some nightmares of what happened the night before." I replied.
"What happened the night before?" He asked. "Tyler came by, screaming at me, something about how he never gets to see his child, and how he's more of a father than Ashton, and screaming he will ruin my life, if I don't give Jackie up to him." I said. "And then before he was leaving, he said he wanted me back. But I said no, and he said, I wonder what would happen if you lost this place in a fire." I finished.
Michael's face was as red as his hair. "Calm down." I said. "Calm. Down." I said. He started breathing heavy. I could tell he wanted to rip Tyler to sheds. He ran out of the room.
"Hey, Mike told me what happened the night before the fire." Luke said. "Yeah, I'm alright now." I said. "We could beat Tyler up." He said. I smiled. "Thanks but, he has what's coming to him." I said. Basically, when it comes to me, the guys get really protective. Mostly, because they know how much I mean to Ashton, and they just love me.
Ashton, Luke, Michael, Calum and I were all sitting in Ashton's room, when my phone went off. I answered. "Hello?" "You sent a court order against me!" Tyler yelled. I put the phone on speaker. "I did." I said. "I didn't do anything!" He yelled. "You set that fire. And don't say you didn't." I said, trying to keep calm. "Still! What did I do!" He yelled. "You endangered my daughter, and Ashton's sister. You put myself, your OWN child, and a fourteen year old in danger. We could have died, and you would have never seen your child again." I said. The phone went silent. "I will see you in court. With my child, with me. You're not getting out of this one." I said. "I told you what I want. And I will get it." He said. A lump in my throat made me breathe heavily. "I know where you are. You can't hide from this. I will get you. And I will make you mine again. Along with my child." He said. Ashton reached over, and hung up the phone.
"You okay." Calum said. I took a deep breath. "What am I doing." I said. "I'm making things worse." I said. "No your not. Don't say that." Ashton said.
A tear fell down my face. "Come here." Ashton said, opening his arms. I got up, and walked to him, and cried in his chest. "Guys, can we have some time alone?" He asked. The guys left, leaving ashton and I alone.
"Shhh. Baby. It's okay. It's okay." He said, holding me. "It's alright. I'm here. It's okay. You're okay." He said. I still cried in his chest. "Come on. Let's lay down." He said, carrying me to the bed.
He laid me down, and climbed in next to me. I put my head in his chest, and cried. "It's okay baby. I promise you, I'll be there." He said. He kissed my head, and that's the last thing I remember, before falling asleep in his arms.
