Michael and I had finally arrived at our block. He walked me up to my front door.
He smiled at me. "I had a great time with you." Then he pulled my face close to his and kissed me.
As our lips parted, he still held my head close to his. He whispered in my ear.
"Alice, I know we just met. But I really want you to be mine. Will you please be my girlfriend?"
"I really don't know Michael, we barely know each other."
"Please just give me a chance, you won't regret it!" He was begging me to be his girlfriend, it was so adorable.
"I'll think about it." I said, even though I already knew my answer. I was in love with him from the moment I saw him. How could I possibly say no to that face?
He got a really sad look in his eyes.
We said goodnight and he went back into his house. I went back into mine.
I went into my bed, and thought about Michael. I really did want to be his girlfriend.
I got up and opened up my window, and started throwing rocks at his window just like he did the night before. He opened his window.
Before he could say anything, I threw a crumbled piece of paper at him that said "Yes!"
I ducked down so he couldn't see me. But when I looked back up at him he was looking away, crying. But he was smiling. He saw me and immediately ran over to my house.
He rang my doorbell 7 times before I got to the door. When I opened it, he ran in and just hugged me.
