2. Chapter 2- Lurgie
I woke up and stretched across the bed expecting to find Kiera but she wasn't there. I sat up rubbing my eyes and looking at the clock. 8:30? Where the hell is she? I thought. Then I heard coughing and spluttering coming from down stairs. I got up and made my way downstairs in my leopard print boxers.
When I got into the kitchen I saw Kiera sat at the breakfast bar making tea. "Baby? Are you okay?" She looked up and she looked terrible. She had a bright red nose and red patches all over her face. "Oh baby!" I said whilst hugging her to my chest. "I feel horrible" she whined with a blocked nose. "C'mon, back to bed" I ordered. She shook her head. "I can't, I have to sort the house out" she argued. I looked around the house. "What? The house is fine." "I have to wash up, dry up and put away, Hoover the stairs. No doubt everyone's bed needs changing so there will be washing that needs doing. And it's nearly Christmas so we have to put the tree up. And I need to-" I cut her off with a kiss. "Baby, go to bed I'll do it all." She tried to protest. "No you won't, your too lazy" I put on an over exaggerated hurt face and she giggled. "No your right I'll make Niall and Louis help me" she scoffed. "Good luck with that" I nodded "okay Liam and Zayn" she nodded. "Okay, fine!" And she walked back up the stairs with her cup of tea in her hands. When she got half way up the stairs she stopped and turned around. "Baby, don't decorate the tree yet. I want to do it as a house hold" I nodded shooing her up the stairs.
As I headed back upstairs, I knocked on Zayn's door, when he answered he took a step back and looked a bit shocked at the state of me. "Harry wants y" I tried to say but I got cut of by a rather loud sneeze. He nodded. "Hey ki, go have a lay down or something yeah??" Zayn said concerned whilst making a slight jerked head movement to my room. Nodding, I turned around and entered my room, closing the door behind me. I looked in the mirror to see how horrid I looked and well, let's just say I looked worse than a donkey's arse. My head was throbbing and behind my eyes, well it felt like there was a pulse. I took my hair out of its pony tail, brushed it and threw it into a messy bun. I wiped off my excess mascara from the night before and climbed into bed, snuggling into the bed and covering myself in the blankets. After about 5 minutes I was out, sound asleep.
