Sean was almost home but on his way back he came across his local shop owned by a friendly guy named Rodger. Sean was feeling really hungry and he had found some money on his way back home he had found a shiny gold fiver it shined like the sun in Sean's eye and he thought to himself "I'm sure they won't miss it" and he gently picked it off of the cold ,wet soggy countryside and felt very proud of himself for finding such a wonder Sean wondered if Roger would remember his 7th birthday so far it had been a disaster a crazy lady told him the doll was evil but Sean just thought she was ill in the head but Sheila was warning Sean all along in the wardrobe back home the doll was waiting for Sean To catch him as pray when he was least expecting it.
Sean crossed the road to get to Roger's shop it was quite busy and Roger was outside helping a elderly guy fill up his car with petrol he saw Sean and waved "Sean my favourite customer" he said Sean smiled at least Rodger cared about him he could talk to him about anything and he wouldn't judge him. "So what brings you here today" Roger asked. Sean frowned and said "it's my birthday and it's been a wreck a lady told me about my doll being evil just to wind me up" Rodger laughed at Sean and said "Haha take no notice lad she's probably just trying to scare you the doll will not hurt you"
Sean had loads of questions in his head his heart was racing what about if this crazy lady was right? "No she couldn't be he thought to himself" "Oh and don't worry Sean i've remembered your birthday have a free chocolate on me" "Thank you" Sean said gratefully to Roger. "Oh your welcome my boy i hope you have such a lovely day and don't worry about the doll it won't hurt you" Sean was relieved he was no longer scared the lady was just being silly maybe she thought it was a joke if she did it wasn't a very funny one at that. Sean walked home and then it started to pour down. Sean walked out without a chocolate bar he hoped Roger wouldn't think he was being rude.
"Oh great it's raining what am i gonna do in this horrible weather?" he said. Sean came across a wet muddy puddle on the floor he wasn't looking where he was going and he slipped and Landed flat on his face on the floor his head started to ache really badly and all his clothes were muddy. Sean was very worried about what his mum would say about his muddy clothes she'd probably be very cross at him for being so careless. Sean nearly swore but he stopped himself if anyone heard him he'd be in big trouble with his mum.
Sean finally reached his house and he saw his small 2 bedroom house one was his mum's and dad's and the other was his the house was very boring to look at it was falling to pieces because neither his dad or mum had any time to do anything about it they were to busy at work to stay at home and look after the house. Sean went over to his front door and rang the bell very loudly he hadn't got any keys cause his parents didn't trust him and he was too young he was only 7. His mum opened the door and was going to speak but then she just froze.
"Sean Jones get inside this instance i've been frantic with worry Daniel's mum phoned to tell me that you ran off while playing with Daniel what do you have to say for yourself?" "Sorry mum Sean said. "Yeah well sorry's not going to make it alright again is it? you've already made Daniel's parents think that we let you run wild and look what you've gone and done got mud all over your clothes i know it's your birthday but this is unacceptable Sean" Sean started to cry how could his mum be so mean she never understood him he didn't mean to get mud over his clothes and a crazy lady had winded him up. His mum never thought about this all she thought about was him being naughty.
"Stop crying Sean just to get attention because you've been naughty if you're father comes home and finds you in this state he will hit the roof your very very lucky that you haven't lost your laptop because you are very close to losing it i want you to never do something like that again" "Promise me?" Sean said nothing. "Promise me? his mum was growing impatient with him he still didn't speak. Sean had pushed his mum's patience. She shouted "get up those Stairs Sean I have no clue what to do with you"
Sean ran up the stairs he wasn't going to reply to his mum's question because he couldn't promise it wasn't his fault he didn't know if a crazy lady was going to go up to him and say the same again. Sean ran up the stairs like a herd of elephants and slammed the door shut. When he got inside his room he began to write a note to his Mum and dad. Dear mum and dad it read you never understand me i'm 7 years old how am i supposed to know any better? you are the worst parents in the world Then sean stopped he had run out of ideas. Sean's heart started to panic because this was the room the doll was in.
Sean looked all around his room and nothing happened He swore he heard a noise from his wardrobe he opened it up nah nothing it was just his imagination but Sean felt like something was there waiting to get him. Sean was so hungry soon he heard a knock on his bedroom door it was his mum. "Sean open up i've got your tea" His mum said Sean didn't open up he wanted his parents to know how upset he was with them. Sean's mum gave up and placed his tea on the floor it was a cup of orange juice, some crackers and cheese and a apple Sean's least favourite food in the whole world his mum didn't know him atall. Sean opened up his bedroom door when he thought his mum was gone.
And he picked up his tray it was on a long brown tray and Sean gently picked it up and went into his room and slammed the door shut before his mum saw him "Typical mum she's given me my least favourite food in the world i'm not gonna eat this muck and he went over to his window and threw it out it landed on the floor below with a splat. "Sean didn't care he wasn't hungry and if his mum thought he was going to eat that load of muck she had another thing coming.
