As I carried her through the woods I knew she was scared out of her wits. The fact that I was scaring her made me feel like a criminal. I felt horrible having to tell her about myself and the boys. But I have to.
The shadows of the trees haunted our path and the moons faint light lit our way. The rustling of a bush to our right caused summer to jump in my arms.
"It's ok." I whispered. "We'll be there soon." She dug her head further into my chest. I could feel her gentle breathes against my skin, fast and gentle. But panicked.
I could hear the boys heavy, sharp breathes and their feet pounding the ground, over somewhere to the left. It was to late to turn back. Up ahead the bright light of the moonlit clearing was coming up.
Sumer shivered in my arms again. I never really thought I was going to Carry her, I just bent down and did it. She didn't even ask why I was, or why I'm so warm even though the night was extremely cold.
When we were in the clearing I gently put summer down on a rock. She sat there, hugging her body for warmth. It was happening, I was gunna play show and tell. She looked up, her blue eyes sparkling in the moonlight.
"Niall what's wrong?" She asked. " please tell me." I wanted to just pick her up, take her home and tell her it was all a dream. But I couldn't, and it hurt to see her so scared because if me. I sighed.
"Summer," I started, "what I'm about to show you...." I sighed, looking into her deep blue eyes. "Please just don't run or scream or hate me." I pleaded. She stared at me, worry filling her eyes.
"Niall...." She started but then trailed of. I could feel my body temperature rise, my muscles filling with adrenaline. My skin was spewing steam and my muscles and body were starting to grow.
My eyes flicked to summer. Her face was painted with pure horror and fear and shock. Her hands were on her mouth and she had started to crawl backwards, jumping of the rock.
However the boys had emerged from the shadowed canopy of the woods and we're all ready fully changed.
Tears were floating in her eyes, she whipped around to face me. Her face made my heart break.
The transformation was taking place faster now. My face grew into a snout with long fangs and blue eyes. My body bent down until I was on all fours. My hands and feet turned into paws with giant killer claws. My blonde fur covered every inch of my body.
I looked up at summer. I face was a mask of horror. Her hands covered her mouth, holding back a giant scream. I saw my reflection in her eyes. My big, blonde, fury body, sharp claws and teeth with blue eyes.
I was a wear-wolf.
