The Guitar Player

Piper Lovelace swore she'd never ever fall in love with a mucisian, considering her father was one and had left her, her mother, and little brother. But, for unknown reasons, poor Piper has inherited her father's "talent." Her mother, wanting her to do something with her singing, sends her to a school for performing arts students where she meets Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin, Michael Clifford, and Calum Hood, the apparent most popular boys in school. Piper, of course tries to ignore them, attempting to stick to her no mucisians and most certainly no guitar players rule. But, Luke, determined to capture her attention, only keeps getting closer. So close, Piper is afraid he may unravel the secret that is her.

3. Arts School Suck Ass, Literally

I'm going to tell you now, my first day was fucking awful. I walked in, my books cradled to my chest and my eyes narrowed. I was weary of everyone and everything and I hadn't been able to text or call my family thanks to those Australian assholes who broke my phone.

Yeah, it was a whole three days later and I was still pissed, which is also why I was cussing so much.

At this point, even the color of my locker was pissing me off. It was a bright orange that made me eyes want to explode. I snorted at the tacky color and quickly opened it, throwing whatever I didn't need into there then slamming it shut. I startled many people near me but I honestly didn't give a shiz. Yeah, I just used the word shiz, but guess what? ITS MY GODDAMN FUCKING STORY I'LL SAY WHATEVER I WANT!

I stormed past everyone, towards my homeroom, practically growling at anyone who dared to try and cross paths with me. But lucky me, instead of sliding into homeroom without being noticed, I had to run into the blonde who had pissed me off ultra bad the previous day.

I reeled backwards, my leg shooting out and kicking him in the shin. I didn't even wait, I just turned around and walked to the back of the room. I slammed my book downs and slammed into my seat equally as hard, crossing my arms and glared at the front of room.

A girl with blonde hair and a bright smile, walked up to me. "Hi! I hear that you're new-"

"Fuck off!" I snapped, my head snapping up and my eyes narrowing. Her eyes widened and she stumbled back some, startled.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to bother you! I was just trying to welcome you!" She gave me an innocent look. I rolled my eyes and snorted at her.

"Well you did and I'm not feeling welcomed and never will so... Fuck off!" I yelled, slamming my hands against the desk. She quickly scrambled away back over to the four Australian assholes. I rolled my eyes and snorted, once again.

A girl with long brown hair and lots of piercings in her ear slid into the seat next to me. She did not look amused. At all. Her eyes slid over to look at me.

"Can I help you?" She asked, raising her eyebrows.

"Yeah. Why are you sitting next to me?" I hissed, narrowing my eyes at her.

"Because it's my fucking seat and I do what I want. So shut up, newbie." She retorted, without any hesitation, her eyes just as cold as my own.

A slow grin spread across my face. "My name's not newbie. It's Piper."

"Zoe. Nice to meet you. I see you've been watching the 5 Second of Summer boys." She said, nodding her head at Blondie and the Australian assholes.

"Who?" I asked, slightly annoyed even at the mention of them. "Those boys? Nah. I hate them. They broke my phone. Who are they anyways?"

"Well the one with the red hair is Michael Clifford, he plays guitar and sings a bit. The one with the bandana is Ashton Irwin and he's on drums. The Aisan looking one, he's not Aisan though don't ever call him that if you want to live at this school, he's Calum Hood, bassist and also another singer. Last and the biggest player is Luke Hemmings. He plays guitars and is lead vocalist. Together they make up the band 5 Seconds of Summer and are the most popular boys in school. I recommend you don't mess with them or they're groupies like Kayla over there, their biggest groupie." She explained, glaring at them.

"I already messed with all of them. I guess I'll just have to live with the consequences." I smirked while glaring at them.

Oh I knew this school was going to suck ass. But now I really knew it would. With so many assholes in it, how could it not?
