All that was six years ago. We're in our seventh year now. Lily got into Gryffindor too, so did Hugo. Our parents were so proud of her. I just said, "Hey little sis, welcome to Gryffindor."
Scorpius and I are now dating. We're really close. Albus doesn't like it, but I love it! Who knew my Scorpi is so kind? Harry says, "Well... I know he's a Malfoy, but he seems nice enough." Ginny says, "He's lovely Emma, I'm not joking." Lily was in her 6th year, and James had graduated the year before. McGonagall almost called him back to finish his education. He only got A's on his O.W.L.s and his N.E.W.T.S. Ginny wasn't happy, nor was Harry.
"What are you planning on doing in life, James?" Harry asked one night. "Going to work with George at his joke shop," James answered. "What about you, Albus?" Harry asked. "To work at the Ministry like you and Hermione." "Good, good," Harry muttered. "And you, Lily?" Ginny asked. "I'm not sure, Mum. I think I'd like to work for the Ministry for awhile then settle down and have kids," Lily said. "What are you going to do, Emma?" Ginny asked me. "Well... I'm not sure... Yet," I said. I thought for awhile while we had dinner and finally said, "I'm good at making wands." "What?" Harry asked. "Yes! She is very good. She made me my new one," Albus confirmed. "You made a wand?" Harry asked, astonished. I nodded.
I had made a small workshop in my room. They realized that I needed my own room. So, they used an expansion charm on the house and it produced two new rooms. I was confused, and realized that James and Albus still shared a room. One for me, one for... One of the boys.
"Emma, will you show me how you make your wands?" Ginny asked. I nodded and led her up to my workshop. I had one small corner where my bed was, and everything else was tables and things like that.
I chose a mahogany and unicorn hair wand, to make.
I pulled out the mahogany wood and a unicorn hair from my box of unicorn hairs. I pulled two unicorn hairs, because I knew this would be a powerful wand.
I carefully inserted the two unicorn hairs and started carving the wood. I used a knife and my wand to carve it. The wand I used had many nicks and cuts in it because of the carving.
When I was done I handed it to Ginny. She gave it a wave and my bed collapsed. "Oh! I'm so sorry!" She apologized. I just laughed, "It's okay. It just isn't the wand for you."
