"Honey, can you watch Des tonight?" Mrs. Williams asked. "Sure." I replied. "You'll be alone with Jake and her tonight. Luke and I are going on vacation tonight." She said. "Good for you." I said. "Ashton should be home for dinner. He went to see Chloe." She said. "Chloe, as in... His ex girlfriend?" I asked. She nodded.
"Silvia!" Liz yelled. "What!" I yelled back. "Can you watch Jake tonight?" she asked. I sighed but nodded. Jake smiled at me. "Great. Bye!" She yelled. I sighed. Jake giggled, and farted. "Really." I said. He giggled.
"Listen, I'm really sorry about what happened when we were younger. I know I just left." I said. "Don't worry about it. I'm still single, just waiting for the right person." Chloe replied. We are currently sitting on her couch. I smiled, and she leaned in.
"Spaghetti." I said, cutting Jakes pasta. He smiled, and picked it up with his hands. "Where's uncle ashy?" He asked. "I don't know. He should be home soon." I replied.
The front door opened, and closed. I walked into the living room, seeing Ashton just standing there. "Ash?" I asked. "Oh, sorry what?" He asked. Hm. Just as I was about to say something, Destiny started crying.
"No, no." I said, picking up the baby. She instantly stopped crying. "All better." I said, walking out her room door, with her still in my arms.
Ashton sat on the couch, watching TV, Jake fast asleep next to him. "Look who's being a mom." Ashton said. I smiled, but turned away. "I think I did something wrong." He said. I rolled my eyes, and looked at Destiny. She smiled up at me, then shut her eyes.
"Why are you mad at me?" Ashton asked. "What are you not telling me." I said. He looked at me. "I know you went to make things right with Chloe." I said. "We made things right." He said. I looked at him. "Alright! She kissed me! And I pushed her away!" He yelled. I got up. "Why didn't you just tell me?" I asked. "Because I didn't want you to flip." He said.
"Don't hide things from me." I said. He nodded. "I love you. And nothing will change that. We both know what will happen in the next six months." I said. He nodded.
"I missed this place." I said, leaning against the pool wall. Luke nodded. "It feels good to be away." He said. "Feels good to be back here." I said. He nodded, and wrapped his arms around my waist.
He pulled my wrists up to his face. "Luke." I warned. "Sky, they're apart of you." He said. I sighed. "I've been trying to forget." I said. "You did that to yourself, because of me. You started that, because of me." He said. I shook my head. "I started... Because my life was terrible. I didn't know the difference between anything. You shouldn't blame yourself, when it was me." I said.
"Still got that amazing chicken recipe." Luke said, eating a piece of chicken. I smiled. "That chicken... The one with the-" "tomatoes." I finished. He laughed but nodded.
"I wonder how Ashton and Silvia are with Des." I said. Luke shrugged. "Considering they're going to be parents, I would call them." He said. I nodded.
"Answer it." Silvia mumbled. I sighed, and picked up my phone. "Hey baby." Mom said. "Hi mom, how's the trip." I asked, still laying on top of Silvia. "The trips good, can I talk to Silvia?" She asked. "She's a little... Busy." I said. "Ashton, are you two-" "mom, I gotta go. Love you bye." I said, throwing my phone across the room.
"They're having sex." I said. Luke laughed. "I hope everything works out well." He said. I slapped his shoulder. "Sorry." He said. I rolled my eyes. "You're an amazing father. Encourage your son to have sex." I said. He smiled brightly. "He takes after the best." He said. I rolled my eyes. "Just like Liz takes after the best. And Zoe." He said. "And Lucas?" I asked. "Takes after... My dad." He said. "Your dad still hates me." I said.
"Goodnight." I said, kissing Luke. "Night." He replied, tucking me into his chest. "I love you, you know that?" He asked. "Of course. Is this still about the past?" I asked. He shrugged. "Luke, please stop blaming yourself." I said. He nodded. "I mean it, alright. Stop blaming yourself." I said. He nodded. "Big day tomorrow." I said. He smiled, and nodded. And I eventually drifted to sleep.
"Aunt Siva." Jake said. I sat up. "What's wrong sweetie?" I asked. "I had bad dream." He said. I moved away from Ashton, and patted the spot next to me. He climbed onto the bed, and laid his head on my shoulder. "Go to sleep." I whispered. When he didn't reply I knew he was sleeping.
"You're gonna be an amazing mom." Ashton mumbled. "Thanks. And you're gonna be an amazing dad." I said. I saw him smile. "Why is my nephew in my bed?" He asked. "He couldn't sleep. And Liz is at Dylan's." I replied.
