9. Michael and Gemma: Finale
“That’s it, isn’t it?” Matt was frowning slightly, the concentration starting to show on his face. “Well, we could have put a lot more in, but I don’t think Michael can type that fast.” Ryan joked. I was having a bad enough day anyway, “I can type fast enough.”
We were in my basement. It was almost like a conference, except that it was made up of mostly dead guys. Being a medium was not easy, but at least it was finished. The book that I’d been working on for four weeks was finished. This would set the records straight and prove what Roan had done.
“I can’t promise that it’ll be published.” Peter smiled at me, “Just try, okay, Michael, that’s all we can ask of you.” Lucy reached for Peter’s hand, “Thank you so much for doing this Michael.” I smiled at her. I liked Lucy, she was always so nice and happy.
“I’m glad that I could bring your story to life.” I walked out of the room. Gemma was stood outside, “Is it finished?” I handed her the manuscript, “It is finished.” She smiled, “What are you calling it?”
