14. The Torture
We all aimed our guns at them but they also aimed their guns at us. "Colton it doesn't need to be like this." I lowered my weapon. I told Scout to go hide and he ran off.
"Too late for that buddy. Devon's team killed some of my men and I hear you are working for him." Colton said with that evil smirk on his face.
"Look I know what its like to lose someone on your team. In fact your team was the result of us losing a person from our team." I said.
"I lost plenty of my men from Devons team and you only lost one, and I'm going to make you pay for it."Colton shouted. Without realizing Gavin and Joe(Other two people on Coltons team) knocked all of us out.
We woke up chained to a wall with all of our weapons taken off of us. It looked like we were stuck in a little supply or extra tools room. It was a small room and we were right beside each other strapped down on a wall by lots and lots of duct tape. We could barely move at all.
Joe and Gavin came in with baseball bats. From that sight I knew this was not going to be good. Colton came in to watch them. Colton said, "Now give them what they deserve for killing our men!"
"Colton think about who is the real enemy! Us or the zombies!"I said desperately.
"Hmmm...Good idea but I would kill you any day rather than the zombies." Colton said with that very annoying evil smirk on his face. Joe and Gavin were walking up to us with their baseball bats.
We all yelled, "NO!!" but they came up to us and started torturing us. We all screamed in pain as the baseball bats crashed into our faces. It was the worst pain I've ever felt. They kept on beating us and we gave out a yelp in pain every time one of them hit one of us.
Colton just laughed in the back of the room sitting on a chair until he finally said, "Alright I think thats enough beatings for today guys." He said in laughter. Joe and Gavin stopped hitting us and spit on us before they followed Colton. In my mind I thought about how Colton said,"for today." Once I thought about how he worded it I knew there were going to be more days like this. Or worse.
