Calum wrapped his arms around my shoulders humming quietly trying to soothe me. Nothing could soothe me, nothing would make this better.
I looked up at Calum he tried to muster a smile but failed, he hated to see me cry.
"Do you want me to sing?" Calum asked worry leaked onto his face. I nodded, as he lifted me to my bed holding me on his lap tightly.
He started to sing. When I was younger and really upset Very few things would be able to calm me, but the one thing that always worked no matter what was when Calum held me on his lap singing to me.
I don't know how much time had passed before I finally ran out of tears. Calum still held me tight singing even though I was no longer crying, he probably knew I was likely to break down again.
Probably about half an hour later he stopped singing, we sat there in silence. It wasn't an awkward silence though, but neither of us knew what to say.
Calum pulled back slightly opening his mouth as if to say something before closing it again.
So I'm sorry if the last couple chapters completely sucked 😔 I'm also sorry the last chapter was really short, but I wanted to update this so yeah.....
