Its okay to be different

Chloe is your average girl. She's 11 years old, has brown, wavy hair with blue tips. She has brown eyes and is very beautiful. She has been in an orphanage since she was 4 years old. What happens when she gets tired of the same old thing and decides to explore the city? Will she meet 5 unique boys?

1. I Don't Like This Place

                Chloe's POV

"Chloe, come down here," Mrs. Davis, the orphanage worker, yelled to me from downstairs. I really didn't want to go, but I knew if I didn't I would be in some trouble. I slowly put on my soft, purple slippers and quietly opened my door so I didn't wake my roommate, Kate. I walked down the hallway and skipped down the stairs to get to Mrs. Davis' main office. I walk into the office, when I realize that all of the other girls ages 11 - 13 were also here. Kate is only 10 years old so she wasn't here.

I just stood there. "Whats going on?" Why was everyone in here? What was going to happen? Mrs. davis stood up. "Now that you are all here," she began, "I want you to know that we have a married couple coming this afternoon to adopt one of you, so go gt ready." With that she left us to go get cleaned up. I ran back up to my room and walked into my room to see Kate laying on the bed reading one of MY magazines. I just sighed and sat on my bed.

"What's wrong" Kate said, more of a statement than a question, not even looking up from the magazine. "Why do I have to go to a dumb meet and greet when I already know they aren't going to pick me. Ughhhhhhh." Leaving her to read her magazine, I grabbed my clothes and walked into the bathroom. I had put on my blue mickey mouse top, white jean shorts, blue converse, and put my hair up into a curled pony tail.

I quickly grabbed my duffel bag, and went to my room. I started pulling all of the clothing out of my closet and, without folding them, threw them into my bag. I don't care what people say. I cannot be here, at this stupid orphanage any longer. I grabbed my photo album, with all the pictures of me, Kate, and Miranda in it. Miranda was my other best friend. She got adopted, and we lost touch. I miss her like crazy!!!

"Chloe, it's your turn", yells Mrs. Davis. I make my way to the main lounge and see two middle-aged people, one woman and one man, sitting on the couch, talking to eachother. "Hello," said the man when he saw me, "I am Trevor and this is my wife Joann." I just stand there. I know I said earlier that I am never going to get adopted, but right now, I don't want to be. Not if my plan is going to work. Tonight, after lights out, I'm going to sneak out into the streets of London.

The man, Trevor, turned to Mrs. Davis and whispered (loud enough for me to hear) "does she talk?" What? How rude. I'm right here you know. I turned around and stomped up to my room. I slammed the door and walked into my room. I continued packing my things. One hour later I hear Mrs. Davis yell throughout the corriders, "LIGHTS OUT!" I turned out my light than when Kate went to sleep, I grabbed my duffel bag and tip-toed down the stairs and out the door.

Louis' POV

Right now, the boys and I are sitting in starbucks just talking and hanging out with the girls. In order it goes Niall, Brooke, Harry, Sara, me, Eleanor. Across from Eleanor is Perrie, then Zayn, Dani, and Liam. We've only had to take a few pictures since we've been here and thats good. "What time is it?" I asked, remembering that our movie starts at 9 o'clock. "8:30" Zayn replied. We all decided that it was time to head to the cinima so we wouldn't be late. We all got up and started to walk down main street.

Chloe's POV

I never realized how big the city was. I've only been out here for school. And even then it was just a 12 minute bus ride. After a few hours of wondering around the city, I knew that I was getting lost so I found some shelter underneath the cinima sign on main street and sat down. After a few minutes, 10 people in a group came up the sidewalk talking very loud. You don't know how hard it was for me not to scream at them, "HEY, I HAVE A HEAD ACHE SO SHUT UP!" But I kept that inside my head, so nobody heard it but me.

"Are you okay?" I look up to see a boy who look about 26 years old, with brown hair that went up at the front left. I didn't know what to say back. Nobody besides Kate and Mrs. Davis have even talked to me for the past 2 years. I'm starting to get scared.

Louis' POV

I asked her if she was okay, she didn't answer. What am i supposed to do now? I don't know what to say. I have never taken care of a kid in my life. So instead of making a complete fool of myself, i motion for Eleanor to come over her. When she got over to me and the girl I mouth for her to help me. "Hi. I'm Eleanor. What's your name?" The girl looked confused at first but then surprisingly, she answered, "C-Chloe." She looked like I knew here. Wait. The orphanage! When the boys and I went there for our charity concert. Why is she out here? Alone? At 9 at night?

She looks scared. Thats when I see the duffel bag on the ground beside her, over flowing with clothing and belongings. Was she running away? Maybe I should ask her to stay the night at the boys and mine flat so I can have a chance to get answers. While El is talking to Chloe, I motion the boys to come over to the side with me. I want to ask them for their opinions.

I told them that I was thinking to ask her to come over the night and they agreed. We don't know her but we don't want anyone to be sad and live on the street. I walk back to El and Chloe and finally get the courage to ask her. "Chloe," I start. She looks up at me with those big, sad, brown eyes. Maybe I should adopt her. Me and Eleanor. No Louis. One step at a time. Focus. "How would you like to come back to my flat with me and the boys and stay with us over night, so your not on the street," I ask. "I don't know your names," She says. Oh my gosh. I completely forgot to introduce myself and the boys to Chloe. "I am Louis. This is Harry, Liam, Niall, and Zayn," I motion to all of the boys when I say their name. "Okay, I'll come she said."
