Disclaimer: I do not own austin and ally
The administrator walked in behind us and I let go as cautiously as I could, trying not to act like something was wrong. Unfortunately, ally didn't buy it. "What's wrong? Are you still mad at me?" "No, it's just, I'm trying to save you from going into a crying fit." "What do you mean?" "Look behind me." So ally did what she was told and looked behind me. "Who's that?" "The foster care administrator." I told her. "Th-th-, the foster care administrator?" I nodded. "Did you call her?" "No." "Then who did?" "We don't need to call them, they just know." Ally then looked like she was about to cry. Then, the foster care administrator comes over to us and asks, "Hi, is this ally dawson?" She said, pointing to ally. "N-no, you're in the wrong room." Ally lied. The lady smiles. "You're her, aren't you?" She asked, talking to ally. Ally just shook her head as fast as she could, but the administrator smiled again. "Hi, I'm Victoria. I got a call from child services that you need a family. I want to make the right decision for you. Can you please tell me about you?" "No, I'm not telling you anything." I rubbed her back to calm her down. The lady continued. "I'm not here to hurt you, I'm here to help you get a family." "I don't want a new family." Ally cried like a little kid would. "Ally, calm down, she's just trying to help you." I said to ally. "I know, but I don't want one." "I know you don't, but I promised you that you wouldn't die alone. And I'm keeping that promise and making it happen." Ally just burst into tears and I gave her another hug. She cried into my shoulder and then the lady spoke up again. "I'm really sorry about this. I'm just doing my job and I hate to see this happen to people. And he's right. I'm just trying to help you find a great family that you would enjoy being a part of. So will you please answer some questions?" "Sure." Ally sniffled, slowly lifting her head up from my shoulder and wiping her tears. "Ok." The lady said, sitting down.
Ally laid her head on my shoulder while the lady spoke. "So, what's your full name?" "Allyson Marie Dawson." "Ok, age?" "17" "Telents?" "I can sing and write songs." "Ok, can you tell me what happened to your parents?" Ally started to cry again. "My parents? I don't want to talk about it." I spoke up again. "Ally, do you want a family?" "Yes, but not a new one." Ally said to me. I sighed. "Please, answer the question." Ally nodded and then she turned back to the administrator. "My mom, got bitten, by a poisonoius snake, and, my dad, got killed in a car accident, just like two months later." Ally said between tears. I rubbed her back, once again. "Oh, I'm very sorry to hear that. You know, I have no parents either. I grew up in foster care too. I know how it feels to go through it." Ally responds, "Thanks, but if you don't mind me asking any personal questions, what happened to your parents?" "My mom died of heart cancer and my dad couldn't take the idea that she was gone, so he got very drunk. So, drunk that he died." The lady stated. "You see, ally, she's gone through the same thing, so you should trust her to help you through this." I said to ally. "Why can't you help?" She said back to me. "There's nothing else I can really do other than be there to hug you and kiss you when you burst into tears." Ally nodded and then burst into tears. I grab her by the head and pull her into a very tight hug.
She cried nonstop for 10 minutes. The administrator walked out for 5 minutes letting us have our time together. 'Whew!' I thought as ally was sleeping over my shoulder. Yes, I did calm her down enough to do so.
We hugged for what it felt like such a long time that I forgot that the administrator was still there. But I didn't care. And the administrator didn't mind either. She was smiling at our positions and how we looked together. I bet we looked cute together.
