1. Mirrors hate me
As I stare at my reflection I point out every centimeter of fat I can find on my body.
I pinch the fat in my stomach, and decide it's time for a change.
I can't throw up, and don't know why.
It just won't work.
So I decide to change my diet.
Nothing over 5 carbs.
200 or less calories a day.
Never eat past 7AM, AND PM.
Work out twice as many calories I consumed.
Keep a journal full of thinspiration quotes, pictures, and tips.
Slap my wrist with a rubber band if I break one of my rules/ or think about breaking them,
Take pictures of when I eat, what I look like when I consumed the food, and what I look like when I haven't eaten.
