8. I meet Annabeth's Sister .
I walk out of the attic and recite the prophecy for Annabeth . "Oh,'that sounds interesting." She said. Suddenly, I ran into this girl who looks like Annabeth, except she had blue eyes. "Oh hey, Aleceia." said Annabeth. "This is my sister Aleceia. Aleceia, this is my friend, Ashlyn." Annabeth introduced. Aleceia extended her hand to me and I took it. I grunted. Her handshake was surprisingly strong. "Hi, I'm Aleceia Peterson." She said cheerfully. "Hi, I'm Ashlyn Jeffery." Annabeth walked away. Aleceia and I started talking. It turned out that we had a lot in common. We both liked books, Harry Potter, riding bikes, and drawing. I had felt like I'd made a friend when we stopped talking and walked back to our cabins. I had completely forgotten about the prophecy until Percy asked me about it . "Oh yeah," I mumbled. "So it says that the daughter of Poseidon will bring her brother if he doesn't act like a fool. She shall save them if they choose. If not, they will be forced to lose. Blood shall be spilled if she takes one wrong turn and two others need to go too make sure they return." I said. "Well that's downright cheerful." Percy muttered . "Yeah. So cheerful." I said. "So obviously you and I are going to this magical school, but who are the others?" I asked. "Well, that's the thing about quests. You get to choose." He says. "Oh, ok. That's not any pressure at all." I grumbled. Percy sighed and we both fell asleep. When I woke up the next morning, I knew that I had to tell everybody my decision. I told Chiron first, and he agreed with me. I went outside. Chiron had gathered everyone around the place they usually had campfires at. I took a deep breath. "Hi everyone, I'm Ashlyn Jeffery, the leader of the quest. The Oracle told me three others will accompany me on this quest. I'm bringing-
