They finally got up, and they walked out of the hotel room hand in hand, to find Madison walking down the hall. Brittany ran to her.
"Madison! What are you doing here? Where's Gabe?" she said as she ran up to her. Madison ran up to her.
"Oh, my god, I thought you had left and I didn't know where you went... Gabe's down the hall. He was so worried about you. He saw the whole thing when you collapsed, and he couldn't stand to watch you bleed there. He was so upset, and when he was going to help you, you and Chance were gone." she said hugging her. Brittany slipped out of her arms and ran to Gabe.
"Gabe!" she screamed. he looked up and his eyes got the light back in them. He ran and embraced her in his arms.
"Brittany! Oh, my god. I was so worried. I didn't know where you went and that scared me to death. What happened?" he said almost crying. She leaned her head on his shoulder, and tried to assure him that she was okay.
"I'm fine. Nothing really happened. We wandered here and it was empty, so we found an empty room, and went to bed. Nothing else happened, so don't worry. I'm fine." she said trying to assure him. He smiled and let go, because Chance was staring. Gabe grinned.
"Chance, I'm taken remember? She's all yours." he said grinning. Chance grinned.
"Good." he said. They all went inside the room chance and Brittany had been in and they started talking. Madison started.
"So, Gabe and I think we should all leave. Being here is risking all of our safety, and we shouldn't be doing that. We thought that we should talk to you guys first." she said. Chance and Brittany looked at each other.
"Where would we go? And what about our families? What would they do?" Chance said. Brittany nodded her head. She agreed with Chance. Where would they go, what would happen to their families? She knew they had to decide fast, because Madison was right, it was risking their safety being here.
"Chance, we all know that it is risking all of our safety being here. We have to go... Somewhere else. Our families will be fine, nothing will go wrong. What will cause something to go wrong is us being here, it risks their safety as much as our own. But, it's up to you." she said trying to stay calm. Chance knew Brittany was right.
'Okay. I'm in, but we have to figure out where we'll go. We're in a small town in the middle of nowhere for crying out loud. Where will we go?" he said.
They discussed it for a while longer, and they decided they'd travel by plane to New York. They'd work everything out when they got there, but they did have a plan lay out. They walked hand in hand, outside. Brittany and Chance felt bad about leaving, but they didn't look back. And neither did Gabe or Madison. There was no turning back now.
