88. Summer Body
Basically, you start out thinking:
“Hell yeah! I am going to workout this summer!”
Then in between workout sessions, you start to doubt your self.
“Maybe I can't really reach my goals...”
And the you quit.
“That's it! I'm ordering a pizza. Where did my mom hide the cookies and fruit roll ups?”
But then, suddenly...suddenly, something influences you to get back on the road to working out.
“I'll give working out another try.”
Warning: Cycle may continue forever. This is based on viewing others bodies and thinking you're not good enough. DO NOT DO THAT.
It is unhealthy to strive to have a body like someone else. Everyone has a different body. No one is the same. Don't diet or starve yourself this summer. Eat balanced meals and try your best to get active. Try to have fun working out and losing weight. This is coming from me, mochabear511, because I have struggled to lose weight and I have doubted myself.
I'm currently working out and trying to lose the weight I need to lose. Wish me luck!
You don't have to eat something that is healthy but you dislike it in general. I'm talking about kale. Fuck that shit.
