1. First Sight
I payed for the necklace I was buying for my mum since Christmas is in a month. I grabbed out my phone and texted her to tell her I am going to her house for a minute before I go to work. I opened the shop's door into the cold November air. I was still looking at my phone when I ran into something. "Oh, I'm so sorry." I heard a really thick and reconizable voice. I looked up and he was smiling at me. My heart stopped and I froze. "Niall Horan?" I asked and I blinked my eyes so I knew I wasnt dreaming.
"Shh. Yeah, that's my name. What's your name, love?" He asked me and I was trying so hard to not fangirl. "Layla." I said and he smiled. "Sorry for knocking you down, Layla. You a fan?" He said/asked. "Absolutely." I said and our hands were touching when he gave me the bags. "You on your way to someplace?" Niall asked. "Yeah, to my mum's and then off to work." I said. "Oh cool. Where do you work?" He asked and I gulped, knowing it's his favorite place to eat. "Nandos." I said quietly.
"I'll make sure to come visit you. Here's my number." Niall said while holding out a piece of paper. "Thanks, that means a lot, Niall." I said and he smiled really big. I started to walk away and didnt look back until he called my name. "Layla?" I turned around and he stood where I had left him. "Yeah Niall?" I asked and he grinned. "You're different from other girls." He said and I nodded. "Thanks." I smiled, hoping it was a compliment.
Niall walked to his really nice car and I pulled my bike out of the ally. I rode to my mum's and ate some food before heading to work. I didnt tell her about Niall because she wants me to date every guy I meet. "Layla, stop ignoring all those sweet boys you meet." I remember her always saying to me. Clearly she hasnt been in a pub lately because not all are sweet to me because I'm too much of a goodgirl.
