2. Chapter 2
I woke up to the sound of Kyle kicking my bedroom door, he was only three so he couldn’t do any real damage. I rolled out of bed, it was 10 and we had to be at our port key at 12. Today was the day we were moving, dad, Sadie, Kassie, Daniel and I would be moving straight into our dorms at Hogwarts. Dad had told us how the day would play out, we would get to school around 1, we would drop our luggage off with the other students, then we would get in line with the first year students, even though I was in my fifth year, Kassie was in her third year, and Daniel and Sadie were in their second year because we had to be sorted into our houses. Then we would sit at our new house tables with the other students for a mighty feast. I was the most excited out of my brothers and sisters, I hated living where we lived and I hated the school I went to, so I was very happy. Kassie on the other had was sad to leave behind her friends and her boyfriend, and was sad that she had to start at e knew school and meet new people. I spent the hours between 10 and 12 packing my suitcases and saying goodbye to my neighborhood. I stopped and said goodbye to Miss. Salem, the woman who had baby sat me when I was younger, and Mr. Topper, my dad’s old colleague/ our neighbor. After I finished saying goodbye to a few of the kids I hung around with at school it was time to leave. My father packed our suitcases onto a large trailer type thing, he waved his wand and it and it disappeared, he had mastered the art of silent spells. Kyle clapped, he loved it when my mum and dad did magic, my other siblings and I were too young to do it outside of school. Then he led us around the corner and over a large hill behind our house and stopped in front of and old tire “grab on, don’t let go until we are there, okay” my dad said. We all nodded and grabbed on, my father held Kyle tight to him just in case Kyle let go. Then we waited and all of a sudden there was a swirl of light and we were in Scotland.
