Just as I was finishing my dinner I heard the doorbell ring. So I got up to check who it was, even though I already figured it was Nicole. And I was right.
“Hey! Who’s ready for the best night of their life, and probably in the history of the world?” Said the overly excited and covered in One Direction gear and memorabilia, you name it she’s wearing it, Nicole.
“Really? Are you going to be this excited all night?”
“Yeah, probably! I’m so excited!!!” she said literally jumping with joy.
“I can see that.”
“Okay. Now, do you have everything you need?” she said looking at me like I was crazy for only having my phone and a small drawstring bag on my back.
“Yeah. How about you?” she had a slightly larger bag than me, but I could tell that she had a lot of stuff in it.
“Yupp!” she said smiling. “Lets go!” she ran out the door and to her car. Here we go.
So basically the entire two and a half hour car ride was spent with us singing at the top of our lungs and yet on pitch, to just about every One Direction there is.
Once we got there we searched for for 15 minutes for a parking spot. then we walked towards the building. It was burning hot outside considering it was summer in Chicago, Illinois. And for those of you that don’t know, we have very bi-polar weather so when its cold it’s extremely cold, and when its hot its extremely hot. And our weather changes drastically a lot, one minute its sunny and sweating hot weather and the next minute its windy, cloudy, and raining. Literally. So I had no idea how all of the hundreds of girls waiting outside to get into the concert could bear to be outside all this time, cause the concert doesn’t start for a couple of hours.
As soon as we got close enough we showed a guard our V.I.P. Meet and Greet passes and he let us through. We were immediately sucked into the ocean of screaming girls. We were shoved towards the front of the crowd, to the doors. I got hurt a couple of times but just kept getting pushed and shoved towards the building.
When I got close to the front doors I tried to get through and when I reached the front I got pushed into someone who saw me and caught me.
“Oh my gosh!” I heard the person say. “Are you okay?”
Without looking up I just responded with a simple, “Yeah. I’m fine. Thanks for catching me.” while i brushed some dirt off me. Then I looked up to see who my savior was. “Are you ---”
Just then we both fell to the ground and I saw why, Nicole had had the same shoving crowd problem that I did. And the two of them made an Elizabeth sandwich out of me. We got up and then Nicole saw who we fell on.
“Oh. My. God! You- Your---” she stuttered and then she almost literally froze out of shock.
