*Based on a true story*
The main character, Danna Russo tells the story from her present point of view. She retells her past, and the memories and dreams she lived in what she considered her golden years. When she was 16, and when she met true love in one of the members of the now globally famous band "Five seconds of summer". She recalls how her, and her lovers life was before all the fame and recognition, and explains how her present actions influenced her future.

"If I wouldn't of been so stupid, I would of probably be married to Ashton Irwin in real life today" -Danna Russo

2. Ch.1: Rainstorm before sunshine

My story begins like this, on a cold October day from the year 2012. "You don't understand what I'm going through, you don't understand the pressures I have, you don't understand anything, I'm leaving!" I yelled at my mom. "You must be incredibly stupid if you decide to do this Danna, you are going to ruin everything you've become, your life and your future, just to do some stupid shit that doesn't promise you anything at all. But you know what go ahead and fuck everything up like always in the end it's your life not mine right?" My mom yelled back at me. "You're right mom...it's my life not yours, and I will do with it whatever I think it's right" I told her as I grabbed my purse three shirts a pair of jeans from the closet and packed everything in along with $200 bucks I had been saving. "I'm leaving mom it's time for me to start living, goodbye" I told her as I walked towards the front door. My mom just standing there speechless and with tears running down her beautiful face she whispered to me "you can't do this Danna, I beg you". "I'm sorry mom, I have to, I love you and always will" I whispered in her ear as I gently kissed her cheek. I opened the door smiled at her and left. "What am I going to do now" I whispered to myself, "what if she's right, and I'm wrong?" I thought as I started running faster and faster away from everything, away from the rain, away from the life I used to know. "No, I'm right I need to start living life for myself and not for others" I strongly kept telling myself as I jogged faster and further away from home, from my family, and my friends. The rain was incredibly strong now so I decided to get inside a bus and let destiny take me wherever I needed to go.
