10. Is This The End?
Emilia had arrived home last night and was getting ready for school at Marzia's, as she moved out of Josh's with Grace after they had an argument when she arrived back from Minnesota.
When she arrived back, Josh had a massive outburst about how he should have been told and Grace could have been left with them, when his mom told her he'd been out in LA the whole time she was away and was staying at a friends drinking and chain smoking, so she left after saying he would have just left Grace with his parents and that he wasn't treating her like someone he was supposed to love.
Marzia was looking after Grace as she had a day of from her job as a journalist and she was going to Josh's parents for the week whilst she was doing her exams before she left school for good and planned to move to Minnesota as her application at U of M was accepted, her interview went perfect and her spot on the nursing course was reserved. She was wearing black shorts, a Hollister pink cami and white converses, her hair in a bun and her makeup minimal as usual.
"Your sure your alright about Josh?" Marzia asked when Emilia emerged from her flats bathroom after brushing her teeth. "I'm fine, its basically over now so I'm not going back. Its like its the end forever." Emilia said, sitting down at the table and sobbing, her eye makeup running down her face. "Oh Em, you can do so much better. The sooner that boy was out of your life, the better. He made your life a misery for years and your free of that now." Marzia said, putting Grace in her high chair and hugging her sister. "I just want to go back, make Josh and i never happen, not break mom and dads hearts, not make them hate me for getting pregnant." She cryed. "Emilia, all those things wouldn't make you who you are today. Your a strong, independent woman, unlike Josh who's 18 and still living with his parents, who doesn't even try to get a job to pay for his child, who should have been disowned by his parents and made to make his own way in the world!" Marzia yelled. "I guess, you should have been a counselor not a journalist." Emilia said, letting out a small chuckle. "Go fix your makeup, I'll give you a ride to school." Marzia said, spooning the last of Grace's food into her mouth and going to put her in the car.
