a/n: babes, you're all wicked. stressed, and depressed, but always well dressed. here's a chappy for you loves.
I just fucked up big time.
"What the fuck, Harry?" yelled Alina, pushing me off of her. I stammered nervously, not sure what to say.
"You have got to be kidding me." Alina climbed off the bed, and I grabbed her wrist, although I still didn't know what I was going to say to her.
"Wait, Li," I said, trying to think of something. She shook my hand off and stormed out of the bedroom, slamming the door behind her. I groaned loudly, putting my head in my hands. Whatever I would do, I couldn't tell her about Lucia. It would be too much pain. I walked down the stairs, in hopes of finding her. She wasn't on the second floor so I went down to the first where the gym was. I was just about to walk past the gym to go outside when I saw her practising with a B.O.B., quite violently. I slowly crept into the gym, not wanting to bother her clean streak. Alina attempted a Spinning Side Kick when I leaned against the punching bag, and she was mid-air when the chains decided they wanted to make noise. She fell on her stomach, a small groan and a few curse words muttered under her breath. She sat up, glaring at me. I examined her in her black sports bra and white football (a/n: UK version, soccer for Americans.) shorts.
"May I help you?" Alina asked impatiently, standing and tapping her foot.
"Look, Li-" she interrupted me saying,
"Don't call me that." I nodded apologetically, continuing to speak.
"Alina, I didn't mean to say what I did..." I attempted to say, failing miserably.
I've never been apologetic till Alina... I thought to myself.
"Oh, really?" she asked, not believing me for a half-second. "Are you cheating on me, Harry?"
My eyes widened and I shook my head 'no' quickly. "Not at all." I told her. She waved me off. I sighed softly, knowing I would have to come out with the truth soon or else she would stick to her conclusion, and that would be the end of our relationship. We've come this far, it's been two months, I can't go on without her. It was time to tell her the truth. I just didn't know how to without hurting her for not telling her sooner. She walked over to the punching back, doing a few combinations. I held the punching bag away from her. She growled in annoyance.
"Harry..." she warned, anger peeking through her tone.
"I want to tell you the truth, and I will. Tonight over supper at 7." She crossed her arms, turning to look at me.
"Why not now?" She asked. I ran my fingers through my hair, twisting the rings on one of my fingers.
"Because it's really important, and I don't want to tell you this in a rush." Her eyebrows raised as I said this, but I still received a nod in confirmation.
"Okay," Alina said, sighing softly. I smiled, glad she was giving me a chance. I pulled her body to me, not caring whether she was sweaty or not. I leaned into her, my eyes shutting slowly, still focused on her lips. My lips met her soft ones, and I kissed her gently, and passionately, hoping that my message of love was sent through it. We pulled apart, and she smiled at me, asking me quietly,
"What was that for?"
"For believing in me."
