“Any luck Mistele?” The queen asked as I slowly came out from the hall. I was looking down at my feet as I walked into the grand hall where her throne was.
“No your majesty.” I sighed and I was still having a heavy heart from my mishap before I walked into the room. I wished that I did find it but it wasn’t the case. The gloom felt around me.
“That is too bad, that was the only stash we had.” The queen sighed and that set a fire inside me. I understand that she wanted to take care of her people but there has to be another place for Lifstones.
“Is there another place that I can see about a Lifstone, a fresh one?” I asked and Bill glared at me like I had gone mad. I can see the desperation in his eyes as he could see where I was going.
“No unless you want to draw the disaster yourself without our Clove.”
“But that is the only way that I can think of!” I called out and Bill tried to make noise in my ear for me to stop but it I didn’t hear a word.
“Well, if you are going to be a threat to our fair kingdom!” The queen lashed out and it just added fuel to the fire between us as I was even more enraged then if she said nothing at all. I stepped up the steps and I could hear the sound of weapons being drawn around me.
“You are a part of a larger kingdom; your majesty, you can’t have everything to yourself!” I yelled and the queen rose once more out of her throne.
“What you had seen is all we had! There are no more here but there are others!” She called and I knew that she had been lying at that moment. I drew my sword and lunged at her. She quickly made a dark cloud appear in front of me meeting my sword in the proses. The dark shield shattered as the pieces went everywhere on the steps. The shield was like glass falling helpless to the floor showing there is no hope anymore with this person helping me with my quest.
“There is always more. People always die in quantities at a curtain moment!” I growled but Bill came up behind me and tried to pull me down those steps but it was no use as I kept my place where I stood. I was determined where I was not going to take a no for an answer.
“You are asking of murder!” The queen called out and I knew that was exactly what I wanted now but I wasn’t going to admit it.
“Stop this Mistele before…” Bill yelled but I felt more than his hand on me this time. I spun around and finally found a wall of guards behind me I knew I could take every single one till I felt something clamp the hand that had my sword in it. The cold darkness wrapped itself along my arm and reached out for my other hand as I danced in a dodging manor to escape the brace. Sadly, I was unsuccessful at evading capture as well as my foot turned sideways and I clashed down the steps while the dark cloud of cold locked itself around my other hand.
I looked up from the floor to see the queen at the top of her steps and settleing into her throne once more. “I am ashamed at you Mistele. You used to have a noble heart but now all you want is to bring someone sorrow, pity.” She chimed and I was willing to send darkness her way to see if she could be the Lifstone I need.
“She is facing the greatest darkness that ever came to this world.” Bill tried to explain my actions but the queen wouldn’t listen while I was left gazing into those bright ruby eyes thinking that I need her help and I just killed it all.
“There are other ways of handling it.” She huffed before she continued. “Mistele I hereby banish you and your friend from Disastraprone castle until further notice. Guards lead them out of my abode.”
“Banished! I can’t be banished! You had just sentenced the greatest Myter to DEATH!” I called as the guards dragged me out of the castle.
