10. the fight

Skylar's POV

"Luke! Come on! You're making us late!" I yelled up to Luke who was still getting ready for school. "Will you go see where he is!" Calum yelled. I

Stomped up the stairs, and into his room. I've never been in his room before. It was blue, and had guitars hung on the wall. On one of the walls, there was a poster of the band, Green Day. "Luke! Come on get your ass up and get the fuck dressed!" I yelled. "Too tired to move. Can you get my clothes?" He asked. I sighed and rolled my eyes. I went to his closet, and pulled out black jeans, a red flannel shirt, and a gray beanie. "Here." I said throwing the clothes at him. He smiled, and put them on. "Come on." I said pulling him up. He pulled me down, and sat me on his lap. "Luke." I said trying to get out of his grasp. "Just a little while please!" He yelled. "Luke I can't." I replied breaking out of his grasp.

"I'll see you after school." Luke said kissing me. I smiled, breaking the kiss. "Okay." I replied. "Love you." He said. He loves me? He said he loves me! "Love you too." I replied smiling.

"Skylar!" Someone yelled behind me. I turned around to see, the one and only Sabrina Walker. Fuck fuck fuck! Keep walking Skylar! "Hey Sabrina." I replied. So much for walking. "I'm going to say this once and that's it got it!" She yelled throwing me against a locker. "Stay the hell away from Luke! I don't care if he's your boyfriend! Just stay away!" She yelled. She let me go, and I ran away. "Stay away from me! Just stay away!" I yelled running down the hallway. I heard her running after me. "Stay the fuck away!" She yelled pushing me down to the floor. She threw one punch. "Ladies! My office now!" The principal yelled. I shot a look at Sabrina.

"Can one of you tell me what just happened?!" The principal, Mr. Simons yelled. "It's all because of Lucas Hemmings, Mr. Simons." Sabrina said. "Don't get my boyfriend into this! You're jealous that you can't fucking have him!" I yelled . "Ms. Walker, I will let you slide. You can thank your cheerleading for that." He said, and Sabrina walked out. "As for you Ms. Williams, one week of detention." He said. "But Mr. Simons! You let her off the hook!" I yelled, "only because she plays a sport." He replied. "So,if I play a sport, I can get off the hook of detention!?" I yelled. He nodded.

Luke's POV

"Mr. Hemmings, please have a seat." Mr Simons said as I walked into his office. "You are probably wondering why you're here." He said. I nodded. "Well, Skylar Williams, has gotten into a fight." He said. "Skylar? A fight? You must me wrong. Skylar would never get into a fight." I replied laughing. "Luke. It's true. I got into a fight." Skylar said walking out with a black eye and a bloody nose. "Are you alright!" I asked. She nodded. "Mr Hemmings, Skylar does have detention, so we have to call her parents. She won't tell me her father's phone number. However, she said that you know." He said. I gulped. I nodded. I have him the number.

About thirty minutes later, I heard yelling from down the hall. "That's her father." I informed Mr. Simons. "Why is my daughter sitting outside with a black eye! What is going on! Who the hell are you!" He yelled staring at me. I gulped. "Um. I'm Luke Hemmings." I replied with a shaky voice.

Skylar's POV

"Skylar, your father would like to talk to you." Mr. Simons said. He and Luke walked out of his office and into the secretary's office. "What the hell were you thinking! Getting into a fight! That's not you!" My dad yelled. "I was thinking that I could get away without a fight!" I yelled back. "What the hell are you wearing!" He yelled. "Take that shit off now!" My dad yelled, looking at my black leather jeans, my red shirt, my leather jacket, and my brown hair. "No dad! This is me! My hair is dyed back!" I yelled. "Let's go we are going home!" My dad yelled. "No dad! I'm not going home with you! Not now! Not ever!" I yelled.

Luke's POV

Hearing Skylar and her father yelling at eachother made me want to bust in there and punch him. "Alright! I've had enough!" I yelled running into the room. "Dad-" "Luke. Please." She said with a single test running down her face. I've never really seen her cry. "Sky. Im here for you. I promise." I said hugging her. She cried into my chest. "Who is this?" Her dad asked. "Mr. Williams. It's been a while. Luke. Luke Hemmings." I said. "I'm done! I'm done! Don't come home anymore Skylar. Lexi and I are fine without you." Her dad said. My jaw dropped.

Once her dad left, she started sobbing. "Hey hey. Sky. It's alright." I said hugging her. She sobbed into my chest. "You're still welcomed to stay with me." I replied hugging her tightly. She just smiled, and we walked home. We walked to our home. Where we live together. Where we love each other.
