1. Only a Child
I've known ever since I laid eyes on him that he was the one for me. 10 years old maybe, but emotions are still real and understandable then, right?
Well I never expected my prat of a brother to become one of his friends, more than that, his best friend. How? This was so unfair, however it did have its positives, and it could be my way in.
My last year at home before Hogwarts was the longest yet, it dragged and I've never felt time go so slowly, I thought about him regularly, even pleading to just be friends with the famous boy who lived, daydreaming about how Ron could have given me a chance, but a massive disadvantage at the same time. I guess he'd know I exist as I'm Ron's little sister, but that was the exact problem, he wouldn't want his best friends little sister, who would ever be interested in little Ginny Weasley, especially the famous Harry Potter. He could get anyone.
I just wanted to see him, and I'm guessing that's what got me through to my eleventh birthday, when I FINALLY got my Hogwarts letter, I was definitely going!
