Just a Reject (Luke Hemmings)

42. Chapter 41

Natasha’s POV

After awkwardly running into 5 people who were in the middle of a heated make out session, we finally found an empty room, which appeared to be Abby’s room.

“Are you sure it’s ok for us to be in her room?” I asked, awkwardly perching myself on her bed.

“Well unless you’d rather be downstairs surrounded by drunk people, or in a room with people making out,” Ash replied, poking around Abby’s room.

“What if she suddenly came in?” I asked, starting to panic. “She’ll be so mad.”

“Don’t worry. She won’t be coming in here. She’s too busy trying to get guys to have sex with her,” he replied nonchalantly.

“What if she brought him up to her room to do that?” I asked, nervously chewing my lip.

“Don’t worry. If she does get mad at us, we just needa get Luke to calm her down,” he smirked. “She’ll do anything Luke tells her to do.”

“Fair enough,” I sighed, slouching down on her bed.

“Oh my god,” Ash exclaimed, bursting in a fit of giggles.

“What?” I asked, walking over to where he was standing.

“Look what I found,” he giggled, thrusting a box under my face. In the box were multiple, toys, I guess you could call them.

“Oh my god Ashton, stop prying through her stuff,” I lectured, trying to hide my smile.

“Tell that to this dildo,” he squealed, thrusting one in my face.

“Oh my god ew Ashton! Why would you touch that?” I exclaimed, pushing his hand away.

“This is funny,” he giggled, continuing to dig through the box.

“Why are you still going through that?” I scoffed, peering over his shoulder to see what else was in the box.

“Because we’re supposed to have fun at parties, right? We’re at a party right now, so let’s have fun,” he exclaimed, turning one of the vibrators on.

“I don’t think this is the type of fun you’re supposed to have,” I chuckled, putting the box back in the closet.

“Now go wash your hands. I don’t want you to touch me if you haven’t,” I grumbled, pushing him out the door.

“But I don’t know where the bathroom is,” he whined, pouting.

“We walked in one earlier, didn’t we?” I asked. “One’s down the hall somewhere.”

“But there were people who were already half naked in the bathroom. I don’t wanna walk in on them again,” he whined.

“Not my fault you went through the box, now go,” I said, leaning against the doorframe.

He mumbled a few incoherent words under his breath, before finally going down the hallway. I watched him to make sure he really did wash his hands, just in case he chickened out.

I saw him stand nervously in front of the door, before finally yanking the door open. He squealed, quickly throwing his hands over his eyes. I considered shouting out at him to also wash his eyes, since he touched his eyes, but decided against it.

He shuffled into the bathroom, still keeping his hands over his eyes. I heard water running, which must’ve meant he was washing his hands. After a minute, he finally came out again, slamming the door behind him.

He sprinted into Abby’s room, throwing himself on the bed.

“So how was it,” I teased, sitting down next to him.

“They didn’t even acknowledge my presence,” he mumbled.

“So they just kept going?” I asked, bursting out laughing when he nodded.

“That was so awkward,” he groaned, burying his face into the pillow.

“Then maybe you should think before messing around people’s stuff next time,” I laughed, flopping down on the bed next to him.

“She probably masturbated on this bed before,” Ash mumbled, slowly rolling off the bed.

“Oh god. Ew,” I wrinkled my nose, quickly climbing off the bed.

We sat side by side at the foot of the bed on the floor, a silence falling upon us.

“Should we find the others and go home now?” Ash asked.

“Good idea,” I agreed. “It’s gonna be pretty hard to find everyone though.”

Suddenly, the door burst open, catching me and Ashton off guard. A drunk Abby stumbled in, dragging a boy behind her. Ash shot me a knowing look, and quickly climbed up, me following closely behind him. We quickly walked out of the room, keeping our heads down.

“Tashy? Ashy? What’re you doing here,” someone slurred, causing me and Ash to snap our heads up.

A drunk Luke was lying on the bed, with an equally drunk Abby sucking his neck off.

LUKE?” Ash asked, eyes wide.

“That’s me,” he giggled, before letting out a deep moan, probably because of Abby was still sucking his neck off.

“Let’s go,” I said shortly, walking out of the room as fast as I can. Ash hesitated for a moment, before quickly following me.

“What does he think he’s doing,” he said angrily, stomping down the stairs. “He’s so irresponsible.”

“He’s drunk,” I shrugged.

“But it doesn’t mean he could do, do that,” he protested, sighing when I ignored him.

“Let’s go find everyone else. I wanna leave,” I said monotonously.

“What about Luke?” Ash asked, spotting Calum and quickly dragging him over.

“Owee, Ashy, let me go,” he whimpered. “I was having fun, why you stop me,” he pouted.

“He can find his own way home tomorrow.” I rolled my eyes when seeing a drunk Michael dancing on top of the kitchen table, even though there was no music playing.

“TASHYYY, ASHYYYYYY, CALLYYYYYY, COME JOIN ME,” he shouted, giggling loudly when he nearly fell off.

“No. We’re going home,” I said blankly, not in the mood for his bullshit.

“Awww, noooooo,” he whined, sticking his bottom lip out.

“I’ll dance with you if you come home with us,” Ash said tiredly. I rolled my eyes at that, but it worked, since Michael squealed in excitement while jumping off the table.

“YEEEEEEE,” he squealed, running out the door.

“Okay. We can go now,” I sighed, heading towards the front door.

“Nooo. What about Lukey,” Calum pouted. “I want to cuddle with him.”

“He’s busy,” Ash said shortly, tugging a wriggling Calum towards the front door.

“No. I want to be with Lukey. LUKEYYY, WHERE ARE YOU,” he screamed, continuing to squirm around in Ashton’s grip.

“They’re such annoying drunks,” Ashton muttered, forcing Calum out the door. I sighed in agreement. But to be honest, if I weren’t in such a bad mood, I would’ve found this whole situation amusing and entertaining.

The car ride back to Ashton’s place was filled with Calum crying because ‘Lukey wasn’t there to cuddle with him’, and Michael singing ‘Wannabe’ by the Spice girls at the top of his lungs.

“Oh shut up Michael,” Ashton grumbled, dragging him harshly to his front door.

“It’s okay Calum, Lukey can cuddle with you tomorrow,” I sighed.

“Will you cuddle with me tonight?” he pouted.

“Yes Calum, I will,” I mutterered.

“YAAAAAY. I wuv you,” he giggled, leaving a sloppy kiss on my cheek.

“It’s okay,” I smiled slightly, gently pushing him down on the couch.

Once the two drunks had gone fast asleep, Ash and I walked into the kitchen, not in the mood to sleep.

I slumped down on the floor. “Why am I so upset after seeing Luke do that,” I muttered. “For all I know he’s probably fucking the shit out of that bitch right now.”

“Hey, let’s not worry about that right now. Just go try get some sleep so you’ll have enough energy to scream and beat him up tomorrow,” he chuckled slightly, earning a small smile from me.

“Yeah, okay,” I said weakly, getting up slowly to go to the living room.

I flopped down on one of the couches, Ashton following soon after me after turning the lights off.

1 hour later, Ashton was already asleep, and Cal and Mike were still asleep. I lay on the couch, staring at the ceiling, unable to sleep. Maybe it was because of the extremely loud snores coming from the boys, (specifically Michael). Or maybe it was because the couch was lumpy and uncomfortable. I sighed, turning over to try get comfy. All I knew was that I wouldn’t be getting much sleep tonight.
