Michael and I decided to go to hang out together. We were driving back to Michael’s house from the mall, singing along with the radio.
Suddenly I spotted a girl, limping on the side of the road. I turned the radio off, causing Michael to whine.
“aww, why did you have to turn it off? We were having so much fun,” he said, pouting.
I shook my head, and pointed at the girl. Michael stared at her.
“I-is that, Natasha?” I stuttered, continuing to stare.
We both rushed out of the car, running to her.
“Natasha?” I screamed, causing her to turn around.
Her eyes were red and swollen, and her arm was bent at an odd angle. She seemed to have sprained her ankle, because she was limping.
She gave a weak smile. “hi,” she croaked out.
Michael picked her up, rushing her to the car.
“why the fuck are you like this? Aren’t you supposed to be at Calum’s house?” Michael asked, furious.
“yeah, I was,” she said quietly.
“Then how come we found you walking on the side of the street with a broken arm and injured ankle,” I asked gently.
She shrugged. “Calum pushed me, causing me to land on my arm and break it. I ran out of the house and tripped, which resulted in my twisted ankle. Whoops,” she chuckled, somehow finding this amusing.
“WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU LAUGHING,” Michael shouted, rushing to the driver’s seat. “Get in Ash, we’re going to the hospital.” I obeyed, and climbed into the passenger seat.
“no no, there really is no need. I’m completely fi-,” she started saying, suddenly collapsing.
“WHAT NATASHA WHAT’S WRONG. WHY HAVE YOU SUDDENLY STOPPED TALKING?” Michael screamed, while I scrambled into the back seat to Natasha.
I placed her head in my lap, urging Michael to hurry up.
We finally reached the hospital, rushing Natasha to the emergency room. The doctor told us to wait outside as they looked after Natasha.
I slumped down against the wall, hanging my head. Michael angrily paced around the room, looking like he was ready to kill someone.
“I swear, that Calum Hood is seriously dead. Hes dead. I’m gonna kill him the next time I see him. In fact, I’m gonna go to his house right now and punch his face right off his head,” Michael screamed, rushing out the door.
I quickly grabbed his arm, holding him back.
“WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU HOLDING ME BACK, DON’T YOU DARE SAY YOU DON’T WANNA KILL THAT LITTLE PRICK BECAUSE I KNOW YOU DO,” he screamed, struggling to get out of my grip.
“Yeah, of course I do, but what would happen if Natasha wakes up and wants to see us but we’re not here? Wouldn’t she feel upset and abandoned?” I asked, knowing this would make him stay.
He froze, not sure what to do. He eventually crumpled down to the ground, going limp. He sighed, massaging his temples.
“yeah, yeah, ok. I’ll stay,” he said, crawling over to a chair.
We waited nervously for the doctors to call us in. After 2 hours, the doctor came out, causing me and Michael to scramble to our feet, anxious to hear how she is.
“She’s doing just fine. She has a broken arm and twisted ankle, but other than that she’s fine. You can go in and see her now if you want?” he asked us.
We nodded furiously, eagerly following the doctor as he led us to Natasha’s room.
We nervously followed the doctor into Natasha’s room, hoping Natasha didn’t look too beaten up.
We peeked through the door of her room, scared, though we don’t know why we were.
Luckily, she didn’t look too beaten up, and was no longer unconscious.
Ash and I both ran to her, ignoring the doctor’s warnings about being gentle with her.
“OHMYGOD NATASHA I WAS SO SCARED I’M SO GLAD YOU’RE OK,” Ash screamed, looking like he was ready to cry.
I hugged her tightly, making sure to be as gentle as possible.
We spent the rest of the day in the hospital, keeping Natasha company. Eventually, visiting time was over, meaning Ash and I had to leave.
We said our goodbyes, reluctantly leaving her.
We walked in silence towards the car, both worried about Natasha, yet also relieved.
Suddenly, Ash perked up.
“Oh my god Natasha’s birthday is coming up soon,” he said excitedly. “We should totally have a small party with cake and presents oh my god this is so exciting,” he rambled on, me chuckling.
“yes, that sounds like a great idea. But first, I wanna beat the shit out of this Calum Hood,” I growled, growing angry again.
Ash and I said our goodbyes, making our way back home again. I flopped down on my bed, unable to sleep, thinking of what I should do to Calum tomorrow. After a few hours of tossing and turning, I eventually fell asleep, dreaming about the pleasure of beating the shit out of Calum.
