I stood on my toes and reached up over my head. My hands stretched and the tip of my fingers brushed the cloud very lightly. I couldn't see it, but I could feel it. The temperature dropped immediately and I could feel the parting of the cloud and the wind stop when I touched it. The blue sky had never been a more vivid blue than today. The only special thing happening, were the little white mass of cloud floating less than 3 meters above the ground.
Standing on the table I could just part it, and I had never felt more alive or special than right now. I looked up to see white clouds floating so high that I had to crane my neck to see them, but this one I only had to tilt my head to see. I bet no one have ever felt this before, I thought. I wanted to scream loud and tell everybody how I felt, but at the same time, I wanted to keep it to myself. This were something special. I had always been told I were special, but only now did I feel special, like I could do anything.
Even touch the clouds.
