ALRIGHTY ITS BEEN LIKE FOREVER ON THIS BOOK AND IM SORRY
SO ON A BETTER NOTE. Here's the chapter.
So how have you guys been?
Any new stuff going on?
Cause my life is boring.
It's my friends birthday and I've spent the whole damn weekend with her. Ever sense Friday after school I walked with her to her house and now we're at mine for the night.
Anywhore, my other friends boyfriend moved to town and is in my English. He's probably one of the biggest druggies I know.
And that's saying something because 96% of my school is full of them.
He's a sweet guy though.
Alright I'm getting off topic now.
We got another lemur. His name is Winter. And his girlfriends name is Summer.
Yeah I know ironic.
How do you guys feel about Casifer??
What the hell was Cas thinking.
My new love interest at the moment is Grant Gustin. If you have no idea who the hell he is I command you to go look him up.
He is cute dorky sex on legs.
Aka The Flash.
Okay so I'm going to go because it's 2:14am on a Monday.
Enjoy this chapter my nuggets.
Love you guys!
Yeah I'm lame I know.
"So just you know, wondering. What are you doing here?" I ask the girl and she looks down at the ground and the small smile that was on her face goes away.
Well fuck I didn't mean for her to be upset.
Good going asshole.
Did Calum get into my head or something?
She sighs. "You won't believe me." She tells me and I scoff.
"Try me." I mumble and kick some dirt with my shoes.
She sighs and then looks at me and quickly averts her gaze back to the ground once she sees I'm looking.
"Well Felix was my neighbour and I used to come over and swing on this swing and hang out with him." She says then smiles small. "He used to tell me all these crazy stories." She says then laughs after.
"Well I'm Airella." I say stoping my swing and holding my hand out.
She looks at it and puts her hand in mine. "Bee." She says and we shake hands. She puts her hands back on the chain and frowns. "I'm sorry for trespassing. It won't happen again." She says and I frown.
"Oh you can swing on here whenever you'd like. Just ignore the idiot in the house." I tell her and she breaks out into a giant smile.
"Thank you. Really I mean it." She tells me and I smile back.
"Do you want to come in and get a drink? I'm pretty thirsty." I say and she looks hesitant at first but then nods her head.
We get up and walk inside in Silence. Something I don't think I'll get much of.
I slide open the back glass door and we walk in. I hear the tv on in the living room and I roll my eyes.
It's a beatific day out and here he is watching tv.
I'm not even shocked.
We go into the kitchen part and she takes a seat at the counter.
"So Bee, how old are you?" I ask as I grab out two cups.
She puts a piece of her brown hair behind her ear. "I'm 17."
I nod my head and open the fridge and see what we've got to drink.
"Oh nice." I say. "I'm 18, and do you like chocolate milk by any chance?" I ask holding up a carton of chocolate milk.
She grins and nods her head. "I haven't had it in forever." I pour us a cup and Calum walks in.
He furrows his eyebrows and then looks very confused when his eyes land on Bee.
He points to her, "Who are you?" He asks sounding like a little bitch.
I scoff. "None of your business Thomas." I say putting the chocolate milk away. I cross my arms. "Go back to your tv show or video game or whatever you were playing." I say making motions with my hands for him to run away.
And maybe not come back.
"No way. I wanna know who this chick is sitting on our kitchen." He sasses back and k roll my eyes.
"Bee this is the idiot I was telling you about before in the swing." I say to her and she chuckles taking a sip of her drink nodding her head.
Calum turns to me, putting his hand where his heart would be if he had one. "Oh baby that hurt." He says taking a step towards me and I just roll my eyes and drink my milk.
"Are you to dating?" Bee asks and I choke on my milk as Calum grins and chuckles.
"Fuck no." "Hell yes."
I glare at Calum while he gives me a cheeky grin.
"No." I tell Bee who looked very co guard by what just happened. "We are not dating. And never will." I say before grabbing her hand and dragging her up stairs with me ignoring Calum's gaze.
We get to my room -yes mine because Calum is to much of an asshole to deserve it- and I shut and lock the door behind us.
Bee looks at the ground with a guilty look and rubs her left arm. "I'm sorry if I upset you. I didn't mean to." She says in a soft voice that actually sounds really soothing right now.
I flop down on my bed on my back. "No, no. It's fine. You didn't upset me. If anything it was Calum." I tell her and I sit up and cross my legs.
She sits in the chair with her knees pulled up to her chest with a confused look on her face.
"What do you mean? He seems to like you. A lot actually." Bee says sounding even more confused then she did before.
I laugh humourlessly. "Yeah whatever." I look at her like she's crazy. "We did date. For almost three years." I tell her and she frowns.
"Why did you break up?" She tilts her head to the side.
I frown. Not because I still like the jackass but because it hurts in general. "He cheated on me." I tell her picking a loose string on the blanket.
"Oh. I'm sorry for bringing it up." She says biting her lip.
I raise an eyebrow smiling. "Are you Canadian because you say sorry a lot." I say and she chuckles and I join her.
"Yeah. And I can to you are to Airella." She says. She then puts her brown hair up in her ponytail and her face gets serious.
"So he doesn't know?" She asks sounding confused again and now I'm confused to.
"What?" I blurt out.
She smiles small. "He doesn't know about your history?" She says like that's suppose to make any more fucking sense.
"I don't understand what you saying Bee." I am genially confused as hell right now.
"How your really not 18." She says frowning and I feel my heart beat faster then before making her frown even more.
"Hey you need to calm down before your heart bursts from your chest. It's beating fast." She says sounding worried.
"What are you talking about?" I ask and she looks down at her fingers as she sits like me, legs crossed.
"I'm sorry for just coming out and saying it. I didn't mean to freak you out." She says.
How the actual hell did she find out?
"How did you-?" I can't even bring myself to finish what I was saying without wanting to throw up.
"I'm like you. Well, not as old obviously." She says chuckling and pushing a strand of loose hair out of her face.
"What do you mean?" I ask quietly.
The corners of her mouth twitch upward and small dimples appear. "I'm like you. Almost immortal. Just I'm not as wise and strong yet. Still working on it though." She says and I really want to know what she is now.
"What are you?" I ask cautiously.
She smirks but it turns into a shy smile.
"I'm what people call these days a werewolf...." She says and my face pales.
"A what?" I manage to speak out.
That's all I can say right now.
"A werewolf. There aren't many packs left in Canada.... And I've never met one of you before. My mom used to tell me stories about you guys before I would go to bed. Would scare the hell out of me." She says before giggling. I can't see her being a wolf.
"Your a wolf?" I ask.
I've had my fair share of running into wolves and packs. I've hunted with a few and they've helped me track down certain people and things.
"Yup. Still learning about everything though." She smiles and I smile back. "I got told scary stories about your kind Airella. But you don't seem that bad to me." She says laying down on the bed beside me and yawning.
"Yeah. Well I'm not like the others." I say looking down at my hands in my lap. "I don't like to kill anyone. Or hurt anyone. But if I have to I will. No doubt about it." I tell her, brown eyes meeting my eyes.
"I don't blame you." Her voice is soft and just above a whisper. "I would do the same thing for the people I care about."
I nod my head and lay down beside her.
After a moment of silence she speaks up very quietly. "Hey Airella?"
I glance at her then back at the white ceiling. "Yeah?"
"Is it just me or do you have a feeling that we're going to be seeing a lot of each other? Wether we want to or not?" She asks and I freeze for a second.
As those words leave her mouth I get a feeling in the pit of my stomach.
Something telling me she's right.
