I was going back to Australia in three days, Christmas is in a week and after spending Christmas week with my parents, London and I would fly to meet the boys on tour, after two week of London being on tour I will take her back to Australia and then after another month go back to get her, it was a lot of work but we can’t just be away from her for six months. Louis and I had gone two days ago for the first ultrasound, and when I go back to Australia I will have another just so it’s documented over there and every few weeks when I go back I will keep cheeking in. The reality of it all hasn’t sunk in fully yet, I am already tired of being sick but from previous experiences I only have to put up with it until im three months pregnant and frankly I couldn’t wait for the next few weeks to pass. Louis has already said that the moment tour is over we would fly back to London and look for a house or at least fix his apartment up for the new baby and London, I hadn’t told Louis yet but while I am back home for Christmas I was going to change London’s name, he had hinted at it a few times but I think he was thinking to do it closer to the wedding which we haven’t spoken much about, we had agreed to wait until after the baby was bone because I refused to have a pop belly on the day. We had talked about going to the court house and making it official then when the baby is born and we have settled we would have a redo of our vows and have ‘the big white wedding’, it was a good idea I had to give him that.
“I’ll talk to you later okay, angle?” I looked at Louis who was on the phone to London, I had spoken to her earlier, Louis said bye before hanging up and coming back towards the bed, placing the phone on the bedside table and lying down beside me, laying on his side and facing me, I turned my head as I lie on my back, both of us only in our underwear. “Are you feeling better?” he asked looking at me and I shrugged.
“I’ve got a headache, that’s it really.”
“Do you want aspirin?” he asked and I reached a hand up to stoke his face.
“The doctor said no painkillers for a few more weeks, remember?” he made an ‘o’ shape with his lips before nodding, he leaned over and kissed my forehead.
“I hope it goes away soon.” He tells me and kisses my cheek, he lies his hand over my stomach and I lay mine over his, the bump has gotten bigger but not by a drastic amount, Louis has been extremely worried after we went to the doctors, leaving the clinic we were mobbed, mostly by fans but paparazzi were there to, we still hadn’t given a yes or no to the accusations about the pregnancy or engagement but it is quite obvious and the voices on the recoding were without a doubt ours, and us walking out of an sonography clinic gives them all the evidence they need, doesn’t it?
Two weeks later
Louis was sitting on the other side of the boys dressing room with London, Sophia, Perrie were sitting with me at a small table as they looked at the ultrasound pictures from last week when I was back in Australia.
“So how many weeks is it now?” Perrie asked looking up from the black and white photos.
“Almost twelve.” I tell her and she nods.
“I can’t wait till its here.” She says and I smile.
“Neither can I.” and I know Louis cant either, I look towards him and London as she and him fiddle with one of the dolls Louis had gotten her for Christmas, he told me he wanted to get her an animal but soon went against it because of the tour.
“Have you thought of names?” Sophia got my attention and I looked at her and I shake my head.
“There’s still a while to go, I think Louis’ think more of boy names then girls though.”
“He wants a boy?” Perrie asked.
“It’s not that he wants a boy it’s that he thinks it’s going to be a boy.”
“And what do you want?” Sophia asked.
“I don’t mine, a boy I guess but either way I’m happy.”
It was just past eleven when Louis entered our room, London was asleep in a small fold up cot, Louis got under the covers kissing my lips as a hello, both of us lie on our backs looking to the side at one another.
“How was the show?” I asked and he shrugged.
“Same as always." It was silent for a few seconds before I remembered something.
“I did something.” I said and he frowned.
“What?” I looked away from him and towards the bedside table, reaching over I grabbed the slip of paper I put there earlier and looked back at him holding the paper between us. “What is it?” he asked and I motioned for him to take it by moving it more towards him. He took it in his hands, glimpsed at it once before looking back at me, I smiled reassuringly at him before he looked back at it and gently opened it, he flipped it up the right way his lips parted and his eyes widened ever so slightly. “You changed her name.” he said softly not taking his eyes of the paper, I roll on my side and place my head on his shoulder looking over the document.
“It’s her new birth certificate.” I inform him and I read over it myself.
“I don’t know what to say, baby.” I smile with a bit of a laugh.
“I didn’t know it would have this effect on you.” I admitted, I honestly though he would just get happy not speechless and shocked.
“When did you change it?” he asked.
“While I was back in Australia, I thought I would give you that for Christmas but I forgot about it.” he reached over and placed it on the bedside table before rolling over so he was almost laying on me, his elbows supporting his body weight as he leaned down to his my lips, my hands rested on his shoulders, when he pulled away I took my bottom lip between my teeth.
“That is the best thing anyone has ever done for me.” he says looking down at me and I smiled.
“I’m glad you like it.”
“I love it, baby.” he says kissing me again.
