Four days later
Josh had woken up the day Louis left, my parents also found out about the baby, my mum said she was upset that she had to find out by the TV but she said she was happy for me, my dad was giving me mixed signals, and even though my brother had only just woken up he was really excited asking if he could have a part in the wedding and be the godfather of the baby which is on its way, I agreed to it, why wouldn’t I? I was just happy he was okay. Like I had promised I would go back on tour with Louis, there wasn’t a flight for the next three says so I decided I would catch yesterdays one and I was almost three hours away from lending after being in the air for twenty hours, to meet the boys in LA. London didn’t let me go without a fight, It took me four trys to get her in my dad’s arms, she clung to me like her life depended on it, crying and telling me she wanted me to stay, I was so overwhelmed as I headed towards the plane forcing myself not to cry.
The plane had landed and I had been though security and all the boring stuff at the airport, I was standing on an escalator going down to the main floor when I spotted Louis, he was looking around calmly, he hadn’t spotted me yet, once I got off the escalator I walked towards him, it was as if I was invisible and he was looking right though me because it wasn’t until I had been standing in front of him for a few seconds that he realised I was there, he wrapped his arms around me and I did the same, kissing his lips before pulling away, we had spoken yesterday on the phone for maybe ten minutes before London took over, after we spoke for a moment, mostly about the flight he took my bag and we started walking towards the exit. I told him about London and I could tell he felt bad, he never wanted her to cry, he wanted her to be happy all the time, we got out of the building and met Louis’ security at the door, the fans and paparazzi where stood behind fences as we walked towards the car, some girls screaming, calling me profound names and the paparazzi asking questions wanting answers to the rumours we haven’t yet confirmed but nor have we denied.
I was almost tackled into hugs by all the guys the girls waiting till they had their turn and forcing me to lift my shirt, the bump more prominent then it was a week ago and there is no doubt in my mind we would have figured it out by now and without the help of a blood test that wasn’t intentionally a pregnancy test. I hadn’t even seen my fiancé for an hour and the girls had whisked me away, Perrie and Sophia telling me all about the sauna and spa in the hotel, they had raided my suit case and told me to get ready to go, they picked out my cozzie and throw me a pair of thongs and an overly large cover up shirt that looked more like a dress to go over my bikini, not even ten minutes later we were sitting in the steam room, the girls nonstop talking about the baby bump that was exposed from the lack of fabric clinging to my body.
“Louis never shut up about it.” Perrie tells me, “Whenever he got the chance he would bring up you being pregnant and how he is going to have another baby.” I smile at the information.
It was just after twelve in the morning when the boys, Perrie and I get back from the stadium, we were all in a massive suite again so we all headed to the top in the elevator, we stepped out and one of the security opened the door, we walked in and I went straight to mine and Ellen’s room, thinking she might be asleep, but she wasn’t in there, I check the lounge room and sure enough she is in there, Sophia has her head resting on Ellen’s stomach and an arm crossed under the bump.
“What are you doing?” I ask as I stepping into the living room, Ellen and Sophia look up from the TV and at me.
“Watching a movie.” Ellen points and I raise an eyebrow.
“Im talking to Sophia.” I state.
“Oh.” She says holding Ellen tighter to her making Ellen laugh, “Your fiancé said the baby is mine, not yours so I thought I might give it a hug.” I narrow my eyes at her and the two girls laugh.
“I didn’t even realise you were doing that.” Ellen says as Sophia sits up, I walk over and sit on the other side of Ellen, pressing a kiss to her lips.
“Neither did I.” Sophia states, “Well im going to go find Liam, I’ll see you in the morning.” She smiles at us before walking out of the living room; I lay my hand over Ellen’s stomach and nuzzle my head into her neck.
“How was the spa?” I asked her as she lays her hand over mine on her stomach.
“Hot.” She tells me, “We were in the steam room for so long. God I thought I was going to die.” I laugh and she does the same, “Nar, it was really nice to be with girls my age for a change, just sitting around talking, it was good.”
“Im glad you had fun.” I tell her.
“What about you, how was the show?”
“Is any concert not loud?”
“Maybe if it’s a really old band and their fans are really old as well, I think that concert would not be so loud.”
“Very funny.” She says and I smile kissing her lips, “You tired yet?” she asked me and I shake my head.
“Are you?” she shakes her head.
“Im hungry and I have a weird craving for wine.” I wasn’t hungry because I was pregnant, I knew pregnancy craving wouldn’t come for another few months but I was hungry because I had been up waiting for Louis to get back and the last time I ate was around seven thirty.
“Well you’re not getting any wine.” He tells me and I smiles.
“I know, I think that’s why I want it, because I know I can’t have it.”
“Well come on, let’s get you something to eat.” Louis says standing up and reaching for my hand, I lay mine in his and he gently pulls me to my feet.
I woke up and Ellen wasn’t in the bed, I looked towards the bathroom and the door was closed, Ellen never closes the bathroom door, I stand from the bed and rub my eyes as I make my way towards the bathroom door, I grip the handle and twist it but it’s locked.
“Babe, are you in there?” I ask thought the door but she doesn’t reply, I knock softly, “Ellen.”
“Yeah, I’ll be out in a minute.” She says but she doesn’t sound like herself.
“Ellen, open the door.” I say but she doesn’t say anything, “Ellen!” I say again and bang my fist into the white wood, “Open the bloody door!”
“Louis just go back to bed, I’ll be out soon.”
“Baby can you please just open the door.” I say resting my forehead against the cool wood, I hear her moving around for a moment before the toilet flushes, a moment later the soft click of the lock sounds but she keeps the door closed, I slowly reach for the handle and twist it, gently pushing the door open I see her sitting on the edge of the bath, looking at her feet, I step in and sit beside her, neither of us say anything but the silence is defining and I speak first. “Were you sick?” I ask looking to the side at her still looking at the floor, I reach of her hand and she finally looks up at me before nodding, I get off the edge of the bath and kneel in front of her, holding the side of her thighs to steady myself. “Do you feel better?” I ask her and she sighs and nods, “Do you want me to get you anything?” I ask her but she shakes her head and stands up, I do the same and she wraps her arms around my middle laying her head on my chest, I hold her body to me and kiss the top her head.
“I need to brush my teeth.” She informs me and I let her pull away.
“I’ll go get you a drink.” I tell her and she nods, stepping in front of the sink she grabs her tooth brush from the edge of the sink where she left it last night, I watch her for a moment before stepping out of the bathroom and pull a pair of trackies up my legs, over my briefs and leave the room going into the suites kitchen where Sophia, Liam and Perrie are sitting, they greet me and I do the same back.
“What do you give someone with morning sickness?” I asked looking at the girls and they frown for a moment before realising what I was talking about.
“Ellen?” Perrie asked and I nod.
“Give her water but make sure she only takes sips, if she drinks lots she might be sick again.” I nod and pull open the fridge grabbing a bottle of water.
“Can she eat.” I ask looking back at them.
“If she feels up to it.” Sophia says and Perrie nods, I thank them and head back to the room, Ellen lies on the bed, on her stomach, an arm folded under her face, her body rising and falling ever so slight as she breaths, she turns her head to see me before rolling over and siting up, she thanks me as she takes the water with a weak smile.
“Sophia said only to take sips, otherwise you might be sick again.” she nods as she undoes the lid and takes a small sip.
