The dawn of life

7. Poem 6

Silver and Gold walk along steadily through the years

with no goal in mind but to make a journey

rarely do their paths collide but lovely all the same

for Silver walks where Gold once went

leaving trails of young and old

at last, they grow ever weary of this endless cycle

where little joy and people come to greet them

instead of a lonely travel with no end to mind

they plan to leave for a place filled with inspiration

off they go, twirling downwards through the night

plunging with, not a sound, into the ground of Eve

where they part ways to start another voyage

perhaps when they get bored they might come back again

but for now, Silver walks where Gold once went

leaving trails for times to come
