"Hold on I'm getting a phone call" Michael said pausing the game. I don't know how long we've been playing, but it feels like hours. My neck and back was sore from sitting all the day.
I quickly nodded at Michael and set the controller down.
"Hello?" He answered. "No!... What the fuck Luke!...See this is why I hate you... Fuck you too asshole!... that bullshit! I can go home whenever I want!" And with that he angrily tossed his phone on the couch.
"Sorry about that" he said running his hand through his hair.
"It's ok" I smiled.
"No it ain't. Anyways I should be going. Nice meeting you anyways" he said getting up and grabbing his phone.
"Well... Nice meeting you too" I smiled at him. I felt kinda sad the fact that he was leaving. He is so fun to be around with!
He nodded and walked over to the door "well bye" he waved and left at the same time I saw Lexy and Becca coming in they were giving me a weird look. Oh shit did they hear me?
"So... Who's the guy?" Becca smirked.
I shrugged "I don't know"
"Sit!" Lexy said "and explain"
"Psh not with that attitude, I should be working anyways" I said grabbing Michaels half eaten sandwich from earlier.
"Your shift ended and hour ago" Becca said rolling her eyes.
"WHAT? What time is it?" I asked surprised.
"Four thirty" Claudia said with her hand on her hips.
"Oh... I'm sorry" I said "please don't fire me!" I pleaded.
"It's ok" Claudia laughed "it's like the first time I saw you get along with a guy, so I let you hang out with him"
"I do not get along with guys!" I protested.
"That's not what it looked like" Becca smiled.
"It's just cause, he wasn't a jerk to me, all boys are jerks when they first see me, he was just nervous, plus I think he's gay" I said making an excuse for them AND me. Cause that was just not me at all, I was being nice... To a boy!
"Yeah... Sure tell yourself that" Lexy said. I glared at her and she looked away.
I then left to the back room to grab my stuff. Claudia walked in.
"I don't like him" she said simply.
"Who?" I asked
"The green hair freak" she said simply.
"You don't even know him!" I said defending him. Wait... Why was I defending him?
"Cause... I hate him already... I don't even want to know him" she said rolling her eyes. She's always stereotyping people, even me when she first met me, I never really liked her, but I think she doesn't like me either.
"Yeah whatever" I muttered "well bye my friends are waiting" I said mentally rolling my eyes. I went outside and quickly found Becca's car. It was the only one anyways.
"What's his name?" Becca asked as I got in.
"Really!" I said "never mind I'll just go walking" I said getting off the car.
"Really it was just a simple question. Get back in bitch you live 30 minutes away from here" Becca said.
"So?" I said shutting the door. I know I have anger issues but I just can't control it. My mind just suddenly does whatever it wants and when I finally realize what I did or said I regret it. My friends know it and they're used to me so they don't mind anymore.
Becca rolled down her window. "Are you sure 'bout this. I'm sorry about what I said."
"Fuck you" I said.
She shrugged and drove off. What a bitch! I took a deep breath and started walking, I know it's going to be a long way home but I didn't mind. It helped me clear up my mind, about Michael. I'm still confused about my feelings.
Plus who was he taking to on the phone... Luke? Was it his father? He seemed pretty angry. I never seen him around town. He's probably new. Ugh! I'm thinking about him not my feeling.
I groaned and took my phone and started searching for my earbuds. I left them at home!
"Idiot!" I muttered. Who cares I'll just play my music out loud.
People gave me weird look but I just stuck out the middle finger and continued walking.
