Beau and I are taking things slow, we’ve agreed that we’re not going out as of right now. We have a thing for each other, we kiss and have fun. But I’m just not ready to make it official. To the fans I’m just the best friend to Jai. We spend a lot of time together, but not nearly as much time as Beau and I. When we go out it’s my time with Jai, but at the house it’s with Beau. I spend a lot of time with the other guys too, we usually stay in though and watch movies. It’s just something we like to do. I’m staying at the house with the guys at the moment, I’m sleeping the spare room which when James finishes college will become his room.
I walked down the stairs to find Beau watching TV. He seemed to be the only one up, so I took a seat next to him. He looked at me and pulled me closer for a cuddle. I leaned my head on his chest and smiled. I really hadn’t been this happy since Jase. I buried my face into his chest a little more and sighed with happiness.
“You doing much today?” He questioned. I nodded and told him my plans for meeting up with Chelsea, we were going for some coffee and then going shopping.
“You’re wearing that?” He asked me, pointing at my outfit. I looked down as my outfit frowning. Was there something wrong with it? I thought the ‘I woke up like this’ top was cute, and I had paired it with a deep red coloured jeans, on my feet wear simple black vans. Beau shook his head laughing as he saw my face. “You just look hot” He replied, making a smile on my face appear. My cheeks turned a light shade of pink, I still wasn’t used to these compliments from Beau. It had only been a couple days.
I hugged Beau goodbye as I picked my phone up to head out of the door. I was meeting with Chelsea at Starbucks. It’s only a short walk from the house, so it didn’t take me long to walk there. I put my earphones in both ears and pressed play on my phone. Avril Lavigne came on, one of my favourites to listen too.
As I mentioned before it didn’t take long to walk there, Chelsea was already stood outside, her red hair in loose curls. I gave her a wave as she noticed me, she opened her arms for a hug. We hugged and then we entered Starbucks.
“What you do want?” Chelsea asked, looking at me. I got my phone out to reply, it would just be easier for Chelsea to order the drinks together, what with me not talking.
“Red berry yoghurt Frappuccino, please” My phone said and she nodded to me. She ordered the drinks and found a table to sit at. We sat in silence for a while.
“So James told me you’re a twin, like Jai and Luke. Are you identical?” She had an intrigued look upon her face. I grabbed my phone from the table and started scrolling through my pictures, I came across one of Lauren and me. I handed her the phone and she just stared confused. I could see she was trying to work out who was who.
“Guess which one is me” I signed, laughing. People usually got this wrong. When I got Beau to at first, he too got it wrong. But now, he can tell us apart. And no, it’s not because of my sister’s bump. She took a hard look at the picture.
“The one in the orange skirt?” It came out as a question as she really had no idea. I shook my head, laughing once more. “You really are identical. More so than Luke and Jai” Chelsea handed my phone back to me and I typed away.
“She dyes her hair a lot, right now she has darker hair than I do” she nodded, remembering the lighter and darker hair in the picture. “Do you have any siblings?” I asked.
“No, I’m an only child” I could hear the sadness in her voice. We sat in silence for a while again, it wasn’t an awkward silence, but it was nice. One you could have with a friend, and it not be awkward. These silences happened with me a lot. “Want to go shopping now?” I nodded in reply and we made our way around the stores.
“I didn’t plan to spend so much” Chelsea giggled. I giggled with her, because we had spent way too much money on clothes alone. We walked back to the house, slower than we needed to. We weren’t in any rush to get back. Chelsea had bought a lot of dressy up type clothes but sort of casual. I could tell she’s one to go out partying a lot. I bought a mixture of dresses, skirts, pants and tops and jumpers.
As I opened the door to the house I was greeted by Beau who had pecked me on the lips before I could even register what had happened. I giggled and blushed like a school girl.
“I’ve been dying to do that all day” Beau grinned at me, and I just shook my head laughing at him. I went into the room I was staying in and got out the clothes I had just bought. Beau entered the room and went through the clothes, telling me he liked them and that he thought I would look good in them, which again made me blush.
“I think we need a reason for you to wear this” He winked at me, as he held up the ‘hangover hoodie’. With that he chucked the hoodie back on my bed and ran downstairs shouting to the guys. I put the clothes away neatly and made my way back downstairs, wanting to know what Beau was shouting about. By the time I got downstairs he was gone. Jai sat on the couch, playing the Xbox, so I took the seat next to him.
“Where’d Beau go?” I typed and Jai just carried on concentrating on his game. He didn’t look away for even a second.
“He went to buy some drinks. Apparently we’re having a party” he shrugged. I sat quiet the rest of the time. I sat wondering if people were going to dress up for this party, because the ones that I have been to, they did. I looked down at what I was wearing, not wanting to change. I ended up deciding to stay in what I was wearing, parties aren’t really about what you wear. I mean, come on, who really is going to remember anyway?
Beau came back with a lot of alcohol, I’m not sure how he managed to get served so much. I raised an eyebrow at him and watched as Daniel came into the house behind him.
“I’ve texted everyone to bring some alcohol of some sort. I’m sure we’ll run out if not” Jai said, he still didn’t take his eyes off the screen.
“Are you ready to party?” Beau asked me, pulling me close to him. I nodded biting my lip. “Good” He whispered, and then his lips were on my mine. Almost immediately he was begging for entrance, which I granted him. My arms were around his neck, and his were around my waist.
“Oh, would you too get a room?” Jai groaned, taking his eyes from the screen and looking at us.
