"We will be landing shortly." Is all I hear as I start to wake up. Shawn is asleep too, his head leaning on mine, my head on his shoulder. I softy move his head to my shoulder, and turn to Taylor. "Hey." I smile. "Mornin, sleepy head." I laugh.
"What time is it?" I ask him. "Well, California time, nine am." The flight lands, and Shawn wakes up. "Sorry." He blushes, and I laugh. "C'mon, we're here!" We stand up, and head towards the luggage.
I grab my suitcase, then sit on Cameron's while we wait. He starts to walk, and I about fall off. "Cameron! I'm going to fall off and die! It'll be your fault!" I shriek.
He shakes his head with a laugh, and keeps walking. I fumble with my own suitcase handle, and it slips from my grip. (Hehe that rhymes.) "Cameron, I kind of need that." I roll my eyes, although he can't see.
Taylor picks it up, and I mouth a silent thank you. He winks in return, and I chuckle. We all load into two different cars, stuffing the trunks with our luggage.
I'm in between the Jacks, and we're blasting their song apparently. It's actually pretty good. It's called Wild Life. "Na na na!" We start to shout. As the song ends, I turn to them. "So, who raps, who sings?" I ask.
"Well, Jack raps, and Jack sings." Nash winks from the passenger seat, and I roll my eyes. "I rap, he sings, if you can even call it that." Jack J chuckles, and Jack G swats at him, playfully.
We pull into the hotel, and we get our stuff. Room keys are passed around, and Cameron looks at me. "Hey, you'll be sleeping with Mahogany. Aaron and Jacob will probably be on the other bed. Is that cool with you?" He asks.
I nod. "They're already there. Here is your room card." He hands it to me. "And I'll be in the room next to you. I'll be with Nash, Hayes, and Taylor. Carter, Shawn, and the Jacks will be on the other side of you."
*skips wonderful journey to rooms* *note sarcasm*
"Umm.." I've never been in a hotel before. I've seen them, driving, just never been in one. The only person still out here is Taylor. "Psst. Taylor. How do I?" I sort of gesture to the doorknob, and he chuckles.
"Alright, here." He takes my hand in his, and swipes the card through the little black thing. "Ta da! Magic." He grins, and opens the door. "Want an introduction?" He asks.
"Nahh, I'm used to meeting new people. I do every few months." I give a small smile, and push open the door. There's a pretty red head, and two brunettes staring at me. "Oh god, a fan got our room key. How did they get our room key?" One puts his head in his hands.
"Shut up! Our fans got us where we are, Aaron!" Says the girl, who must be Mahogany, leaving the other boy at Jacob. "I- I'm not a fan." I say. "I'm the new foster kid. Cameron's foster sister."
"See? Sorry about- that," chuckles Jacob, looking at Aaron. "I'm Jacob. What's your name?" He asks. "Alexandria." I answer. "Pretty name, pretty girl." He says. I give a small nod. "Thanks."
"Mahogany," says the girl. "And that idiot is Aaron." She gestures to the boy. "Sorry. He's a jerk." She gives a small smile. "I'm not a jerk. I'm tired." He mumbles, rolling over. "Here." She pats the spot next to her. "We have a show tomorrow, and we're headed to sleep."
"Oh, I think I'll go hang out with the rest of the guys. I just slept through a four hour plane ride, plus all night." I smile, and knock on the joining door to Taylor's room.
He opens it, shirtless. "Let me in, and put on a shirt, you dumbass." I laugh. "You know you want it." He smirks. "No, I really don't."
"Come on, just one hug?" He tries to hug me, and I trip over my own feet, as a flashback fills my mind.
"You want me."
"No, I really don't."
"Come on, it'll be painless, I promise."
"Shawn, please, open up." I whisper, a tear slipping down my cheek. The door unlocks, and he sees my face, immediately wrapping me in a hug. "What happened?"
