5. mystery man
As I wander down the halls I see a boy. Not just any boy, but the most gorgeous boy I have ever seen. The only problem is he looks sad and lonely and maybe even a little broken. I swear he looks into my eyes, but that's not possible nobody can see or hear me. He looks away as quickly as he had looked in the first place. He continues down the hall as if nothing happened. He must have just happened to be looking my way. Again I am left feeling lonely.
As I wander aimlessly up and down the busy halls all I can think about is the mysterious boy with the tear-filled green eyes. They were so beautiful just staring off emptily into space, and I become curious of who he is. His black hair fell lazily in front of his eyes. His lips were perfectly shaped with snake bites piercing them. I could just picture myself kissing those lips for the rest of my life. I wanted to know more about him. No let me rephrase that I NEEDED to know more about him. I spent the rest of my night watching doctors come in and out of my room. I can't even bear to look at myself. I was hooked up to multiple monitors and even had a bag of something being pumped into my veins. My skin was pale and my cheeks sunken in. I looked awful and I couldn't bear seeing my knotted, tangled hair. 20 minutes before visiting hours were over Noah and Ian walk into my room and both sit completely silent next to my bed. Neither of them could take their eyes off of me. I guess Emily couldn't be bothered enough to show up. As they sat there tears welled in their eyes. Noah took one of my hands and said, "This is my fault Callie. Please forgive me. I should have just told you I love you instead of trying to hide it. I hope you will be able to forgive me someday, and love me too."
