I wake up with Niall sleeping by my side,as he should be. I get up to make Joey breakfast. "Hey, baby, when did Daddy get home last night?" I ask my son. "After you went night night."
"Do you know where he went?" I ask. "Nope. He was with a girl named Ashley though." He tells me. I don't know an Ashley, and I didn't know that he did.
"How do you know?" I ask. "She texted him. She said something about 'great time.' That's all I could read." He says. I feel sick to my stomach.
Niall wakes up, walking into the kitchen. "Hey, babe." He smiles."Joey, can you play with Reese? In the playroom please?" He nods, and walks with Reese to the playroom.
"Who's Ashley?" I ask. "I- I don't know an Ashley." He stutters. I bet he wasn't smart enough to delete anything. "Give me your phone." I command.
"Why!" He raises his voice. "Give me your phone." I repeat myself. "No." He says, defiantly. I take it anyway. "Had a great time tonight? Oh, so you were with a chick named Ashley. And let's look at your response. 'Me too. You're great in bed.' Wow." I take a shaky breath.
"I thought a lot of you, but Niall James Horan, I certainly did not peg you as a cheater. How could you?" My voice breaks, and I start to cry. I try to keep it together, to be strong. "We got married. Like two months ago. And now, you hook up with some girl named Ashley?"
His eyes are full of guilt, but I feel no pity."Oh, god. I am so stupid. I'm such an idiot. Goodbye, Niall." I go to pack my stuff, Joey's too. I'd take Reese, but I have no right. "Please, Blake, don't leave. I- I was drunk! It didn't even mean anything! I swear, it was the alcohol talking to her!" He tries to plead his side.
"Niall. If it was the alcohol completely talking, you wouldn't have texted her back when you were sober." I wipe another tear away. "Wow, Daddy." Joey stands in the doorway, disappointment in his eyes. "Come on baby, let's go."
