*RING RING RING RING*
I woke up to the annoying sound of my phone ringing. I blindly reached for it on my nightstand and answered:
"This better be damn good if you woke me up for it" I said groggily. Great words to start off the day.
"Well, I don't think Grover's math lesson is that good, but if you wanna get your diploma, I recommend you getting your ass down here before your late." said Liam.
Wait, what? I looked at the time, 6:45. Shit! I have math lesson at 7:00! I quickly jumped out of bed. I stared at myself in the mirror. 290 pounds, short spiky hair that I got permanently straightened, and brown eyes. I was damn ugly. I quickly washed up, threw on an oversized t-shirt, leggings, and my boots. I was the average obese girl making her way through schooling.
I quickly speed walked down campus and got to class. I looked and saw that there were no seats open next to my best (and quite frankly, only) friend, Liam Payne. I understand why though, he was hot and muscular. I mean look at him. He was wearing a tight shirt that showed off his 6 pack and he had beautiful eyes. I have been in love with him since I was 5, but knew nothing would happen.
I quickly pushed my circle glasses up and sat in the only space left, behind Maggie and Ally, the bitches of our school. I knew this would be a hard day...
I could hear Mr. Grover talking. I could see the math equations on the board. But all my attention was on the girls in front of me. They were giggling and pointing at me. They were drawing things like fried chicken on paper and putting them on my desk. I was the heaviest girl in school so it wouldn't make sense if I wasn't bullied...
I saw the teasing. I saw her almost cry. It made me want to cry. I thought that I should stop it. If I did, I would risk me being bullied. Or worse... Worth it. Windsor was worth it.
I raised my hand.
"Sir, I'm finding it hard to concentrate in this environment. Mainly because Maggie and Ally back there are making fun of my best friend, Windsor. Seeing her sad makes it hard to concentrate so I think the best thing to do here is to eliminate the bullying, eliminate the problem."
"Maggie Swanson and Ally Becker! You know there is a zero tolerance policy for bullying! Principal's office. NOW!" yelled Mr. Grover. Atta boy.
"Did I stutter?!?!" They quickly shuffled out of class and down the hall. There we go. I got up and sat in front of Windsor just to make sure nobody messed with her.
"Thank you" she whispered. I looked back and grabbed her hand.
"You need anything else, you tell me." I said. I wanted to protect her. I wanted her to need me, because I wanted her. I needed her.
