A Fairy's Heart

Hey guys! So this is my first Fairy Tail fanfic! *Yayy!*

*Natsu's point of view*

"Lucy!" I called "where are you?"

I looked around, for her blond hair, but her couldn't seem to find it anywhere.

"Hey Mira," I said, walking over to the pretty bar tender, "Have you seen Lucy anywhere?"

Mira smiled "yes, she went on a mission last night, her rent's due again."

"What? Why didn't she tell me?"

"She did!" Said a rough voice from behind Natsu.

"Last night, she literally punched you in the stomach but you didn't wake up."

"Oh." I said, running my hands through my hair, and tugging on my scarf. "Who went with her? She could never do a mission without someone else with her."

"Don't count Lucy out so easily Natsu." Said Mira sternly, "She's a very powerful wizard."

"I know that!" I said, "it's just that she's never worked solo before and, well I'm worried about her."

"Awwwww! That's adorable Natsu!" Said Happy, white wings flapping. I felt my face go hot.

"Well, did she go with someone or not?" I demanded, my face still pink.

"Yes," said Mira "she went with Gray."

"What? Couldn't she have gone with Erza or something? Why Gray?"

"Erza is already on a mission. You were asleep, and a team is a team." Said Mira "Juvia, are you okay?" Mira asked looking over at Juvia who was red in the face as she muttered

"Love rival...."

"I'm going after them!" I yelled "where is her mission?

"Here." Said Mira handing me the work slip.

I raced to rears the door, when it was shoved open with a slam. Gray was standing there, Lucy held tightly in his arms. "Someone get Wendy!" He yelled
