"How do I possibly tell them?" I asked Ellie as we got ready. "I can't just be like yo mom dad, I'm pregnant" I groaned, throwing clothes around in my closet.
"Just say whatever feels natural, you can't force it" she said calmly.
"Nothing feels natural, I'm a nervous sweat mess!" I exclaimed, shaking her.
"Babe, you'll do fine" she shook her head. "You are going to put an amazing outfit on and you are going to work that shit" she yelled, throwing me the last dress in my closet.
"Fine" I groaned, changing into it. "Sadly, I really like it" I groaned. It was a short base white dress, with red roses on it.
"And, then we give you these red pumps and of course you need red lipstick" she squealed excitedly, Running into the bathroom.
"Thanks for helping me with this" I smiled, checking myself out in the mirror.
"No problem but we should get going now" she smiled back, taking my hand and taking me upstairs.
"Everyone, me and Cameron have something to tell you guys" I announced, trying to raise my voice over everyone else's.
"Oh honey you look nervous, don't be" Cameron's mom smiled at me.
"I'm pregnant" I said quickly, preparing myself for their wrath but they all looked at me with disbelief.
"She's not kidding" Cameron trailed off, looking around.
"My baby!" My mom gasped.
"You know better than this, I should've never let you live with them" my fathers voice boomed, causing me to flinch.
"It was an accident" I tried to defend myself.
"Then get rid of it" my dad yelled.
"How could you say that?" I asked in shock, storming off with Cameron in tow. "That was uncalled for" I said, trying not to cry.
"Babe, it's okay" he tried to console me, it's the thought that counts.
"I don't know how he could me to do that, considering what happened" I muttered, just loud enough for him to hear.
"What happened?" He asked, trailing off.
"Uh, my mom had an abortion when they were teens" I sighed. "My mom apparently went into depression and their whole relationship was on the rocks, but they worked things out" I half smiled. "But things were still of course a little wrong, we even celebrate the baby's would be birthday, This year they would have been 23 I think" I nodded.
"Oh, it does seem a bit crazy" he muttered, thinking. "At least we haven't heard from my parents yet" he smiled, in hopes to make me feel better.
"Yeah, that's an up side" I tried to smile, I was still in shock.
"They'll be home soon probably, we can go to them or they an come to us your choice" he said as we got home and went down to my room.
"I'm going to change, then we can watch a movie or something" I said, quietly and numbly.
"Okay babe, so will I" he sighed, kissing me and shutting the door behind himself.
Before I could even finish changing and taking my makeup off, I got a phone call from none other then my mother. I felt like ignoring it but something pulled me to reluctantly answer.
"What" I answered, kind of bitterly.
"Honey, I'm sorry about your father" she sighed, then waited for a response but continued once I didn't answer. "There's something we need to talk about, over lunch would be best" she said, hopeful.
"I'm not exactly in the mood to want to see you" I said as monotoned as I could manage out.
"Okay, I can tell you in the phone" she took a very audible deep breath. "You have an older sister, I didn't abort her, we have her up for adoption" she sighed. "I thought you should have the right to know, considering the situation you're in, I understand if you get mad" she braced herself.
I couldn't even find the words to reply, I had an older sister....
