"You ready" Ellie asked me, willow and rosa staring expectantly.
"I have to be" I took a deep breath, grabbing the box and disappearing into the bathroom.
"You done??" Someone yelled into the bathroom.
"Yup, put the timer on" I called back, starting to pace the bathroom. I just paced and paced, not really keeping track of time.
"Times up" she squealed excitedly. This moment was going to change my life, no matter the results.
I shut my eyes and grabbed the test, counted to the and opened them. I just let out a scream.
"Oh my god are you okay" Ellie burst in.
"I'm dead" I looked up at her, trying not to cry.
"No you are not, but you have to go talk to Cameron" she smiled sympathetically.
"You're right, I'll go now" I sulked out of the room. "Cammy??" I opened the door, but he wasn't in there.
"Hello" he answered, a little out of breath.
"Where are you??" I asked, sitting on his bed.
"Just out with some friends" he said.
"Well, I need to talk to you" I trailed off awkwardly.
"Okay, what's up??" He asked, shutting a door behind him.
"In person would be best you dink" I laughed a bit.
"Okay okay, I'll be home in 10" he hung up.
I honestly don't know how I'm going to tell him, should I be direct?? Or should I ease him into it?? My mind is running a thousand miles an hour my god.
"I'm sweaty" he said, walking into his room. "Oh hi babe" he chuckled, kissing me.
"You should sit down, it's kind of serious" I said, taking a deep breath.
"Okay, what is it??" He smiled, sitting next to me.
"Well I, I took the test" I said nervously.
"Oh" he trailed off. "What did it say??" He sighed, rubbing the back of his neck.
"It's positive" I muttered, barely audible.
"Did you say positive??" He asked, shocked.
"I did" I trailed off, fiddling with my fingers in my lap.
"We're going to have a baby" he whispered. "We're going to have a baby" he panicked.
"I guess so" I laughed nervously.
"How are we going to tell our parents" he sighed, getting up and paving the room.
"Well, I think we should tell them at the same time, like a family dinner" I shrugged. "Just have everyone together and tell them" I nodded.
"Yeah, we could do that, let's do it as soon as possible because you may start to show at one point and we don't want them to think you're getting fat" he rambled.
"Thanks, cam" I said, forcing a smile.
"It came out wrong didn't it??" He asked.
"Yeah, kinda" I laughed a bit.
"I just meant it like, they'll find out" he nodded, taking a seat next to me. "So I'll tell my mom about going out for dinner tonight" he kissed me, running off.
