It had been a couple of hours and Alex still hadn't woken up. Her mission was at first unclear to her. She didn't know that Sam was to be saved. She almost killed all three of us, but she's not her anymore. She will be, though, when she finishes her mission and becomes human again. I just hope that she is being smart about her decisions, so she can be back to normal.
"Dean, you hungry?" Sam asked. I nodded. "I'm headed to the diner. What do you want?"
"Bacon cheeseburger. Get me a coke while you're at it." I smiled at him. He nodded, leaving. I walked away from the bed Alex was laying on and grabbed a beer from the fridge. I sat on the couch, turning the TV on. It blinked on and Dr. Sexy MD was on. It's a guilty pleasure, okay? Shut up.
There was a knock on the door. I grabbed my gun, cocked it, and put it against the door as I opened it. A blonde woman stood there, something was suspicious.
"Who the hell are you?" I hissed.
"Oh, I think you know." She said walking in the door. "Guns won't work on me."
"Ruby." I rolled my eyes, my hand on her (mine now) knife.
"Don't bother, that won't work either." She smiled.
"You are a low class bitch, it'll work." I said, sliding the knife by her throat.
"No, I'm pretty sure it won't." Ruby smiled, her eyes flickering white.
"Damn it, how did you go from black eyes to white eyes? What has it been? 5 years?" I was tired of her shit. Every time she appeared, shit went down, and now she's some high and mighty bitch who can kill us? That's not even fair.
"Put the blade down, Dean. I'm here to talk." Ruby said, her eyes flickering back to blue.
"I don't want to talk." I said. "I want you to get bent." I smiled.
"You sure do know how to sweet talk, don't you, Dean." Ruby smirked. I rolled my eyes.
"Shut up. What do you want?" I said, getting to the point.
"You. I want you to come and free Lucifer with us." Ruby smiled. I sighed. Did she think I was dumb as hell?
"Ruby, get the hell out of here." I muttered.
Life had never been so simple in a long time. We had an order from God, we were fulfilling it. I've never felt so complete. Dean showed me once again that life isn't all about order, and it's about feelings. Feeling what's right and what's wrong, and you choose your own path. My path, for me, was clear. I was going to be with Dean. I am supposed to be with Dean. I can't think of anything else. I must find him immediately.
"Castiel." A voice said behind me. I turned to be welcomed by the sight of my brother, Gabriel.
"Well, Gabriel," I smiled. "You look well."
"Looks can be deceiving, Castiel." Gabriel looked to the side, making me wonder.
"What is it that is bothering you, Gabriel?" I asked, tilting my head to the side, how I usually do.
"It is Alexandria, Castiel. She's headed down a dark path. We have to stop her. We must stop her." Gabriel replied.
"What do you mean? She's headed down a dark path?" I squinted at him.
"It's Anna, Castiel. She's working with Ruby and Sam. She is attempting to turn Alexandria. Alexandria is new to this power, and is power hungry for more. Anna will turn her if we do not find her in time." Gabriel explained.
"What could Anna possibly give her that she doesn't already have? She's the most powerful Archangel!" I said.
"Castiel, Anna is going to offer up herself for Alex to open the cage. With as much power Alex has, she can open the cage without breaking the seals. Alexandria will take this offer. What the exact part of her she is offering up is unknown, but Alexandria will take it. She is power hungry, Castiel, and we don't have the power to take her on. We need an act of our Father himself." Gabriel told me. I nodded slightly.
"And you want me to do what, exactly? Alexandria is my friend, I will not harm her." I replied.
"I know, Castiel. You need to get father to remove her grace. She is too dangerous. Please, Cas, I know you can contact him, I know it." Gabriel pleaded.
"Gabriel, you do not understand, I do not call upon God, God calls upon me." I hissed.
"Castiel, if she's not stopped, she will take Lucifer's and Michael's grace. She will be unstoppable, even by God. She will be the most powerful thing in Heaven, Earth, Hell, and even Purgatory." Gabriel shouted.
"I will not harm her, Gabriel. I trust her, she will not accept Anna's offer. She is smarter than that." I told him.
"Cas, that kind of power comes at a price she cannot pay right now. She is in the wrong state of mine. The power is corrupting her!" Gabriel spoke heatedly.
"I will believe in her, just as the Winchesters always believed in me. Trust is something you give somebody, it's something the other person earns. She's by far earned my trust. I don't know if you know what trust is, but Alex is not just 'Alexandria the most powerful Archangel' to me, she is 'Alex, my friend'. So before you start that, think about this. Alex is a good person and understands what good and evil is. She will choose the right side. I believe in her."
When I woke, I was surrounded by white clouds. I was in heaven. Was God turning me back into a human? I wanted to be a human. Then I could be normal. But that was impossible. I haven't completed my mission yet.
"God?" I asked. I could feel a presence but it was similar to God's but more female.
"Not quite," A female voice said, I could see her shadow through the white fog. Her wingspan wasn't as long as Cas's. As she walked into sight I tensed. She had light red hair. Her wings were beautiful, angelicly white, she was pretty, but her aura radiated bitch.
The only reason she was here was because I was powerful. Much more powerful than anyone she has ever met. She wanted me on her side. But she wasn't stupid, she knew she would have to bargain.
"Anna." Was all I said. She smiled, as if she was honored I knew her name.
"Alexandria, the Archangel." She laughed. "You?"
"I'd watch your tongue, Angel." I said, staring at her intensely. One of my "I will kill you" looks. I give everybody those looks.
"Right, I'm sorry, Alexandria." She bowed her head. She was barely qualifying as an angel anymore. She was a colleague of Ruby. She and Ruby were trying to open the cage and set my brothers free.
"I know, Anna. You want me on your side. I don't know, I doubt it. Give me one good reason why I should." I replied to her. She looked at me, shocked.
"You can have my grace." She replied.
