Username: Uncle Mitchy Kay
Country: United States of 'Murica
At what age did you start writing?
K-5 (so about four)... man did my penmanship suck ;D
What inspires you to start writing?
An idea- sometimes from dreams or whatever happens throughout the day!
How do you beat writer’s block?
I don't, it beats me XD but when I do get lucky, it's because I took the time to think about what else to write... takes about 10 minutes tops
Do you consider writing to be a serious career choice?
Yeah certainly, maybe not for me specifically but definitely one worth considering
What advice would you give to a first-time writer?
Any idea specific to you is worth writing about
What’s your advice for the next ambassadors after you?
Don't be an Uncle Mitchy Kay and that should go far enough by itself! XD but also just do what's right basically
PS.- you take my spot I killz you XD
What’s your motivation to be ambassador?
Ah haha funny story actually XD so I wanted to see if Movellas truly checked how often you were online for Movellas as they said in general that if you were on a lot you would be accepted... well I was not XD Though a few days before I was on everyday to see if they would bother checking a week before :D So I just wanted to reapply and see if I'd get through... with my same application from the year before as well which they also didn't check XD Regardless!!! My case would be a bit different as I specifically said I am a better coder and if they needed a way to implement new designs then I would be able to help (i.e.- choicescript or interactive stories) Also neat to share with the community in general.
What's the most embarrassing moment of your life so far?
Uhm hmm, not necessarily too embarrassing or I wasn't too embarrassed at it, but I guess it would be during our school's mission trip to Puerto Rico.. the day before I pulled my hamstring during a track meet so I could barely walk for the time down there.
What's gotten you into writing?
My brother probably, he always wrote and read me stories, and some of his were his own which I thought was really neat.
What's your favorite genre of books and films?
Sci-Fi and Action/Adventure
What's your favorite film?
ah tough one, I really like Captain America but when I'm in the mood for a good heist, I love the Thomas Crown Affair
What got you into reading? Can't say I'm into reading that much XD Comic books are good though!
What age did you start reading? K-5 so again about four and that was a pain in the rear end- never been too good at it XD
Favourite Band, singer?
Lindsey Stirling for instrumental and no vocals, Skillet for rock... and country is just about always good if it's got a good story behind it- Randy Travis and Don Mclean and Kenny Chesney are all good country folk :D
Right now, "Don't Blink" by Kenny Chesney
What music inspires you?
The ones that have a story or meaning behind them
Can you give the new movellians or old movellians some advice?
Preach the Gospel at all times, if necessary use words.
Do you have some advice for people who want to apply as ambassador?
Be an overachiever and prove it. In the end you're probably worth more than what you can write down.
What's your favourite quote?
Just about anything Uncle Iroh says in Avatar the Last Airbender but from Korra is also a good one! "When we hit our lowest point, we are open to the greatest change."
Advice for bullied, who gives up fighting to be happy?
Your first mistake was choosing to fight back. (sorry the question is worded really weirdly)
Best childhood memory?
I had no childhood. I was kept in a dark room while my parents fought all the time. No just kidding XD uhm I'd say all the time I spent with my brother to be honest- didn't really matter a whole lot what we found ourselves doing; it was all fun.
