SEVERAL WEEKS LATER
It had been weeks since the Ninth Doctor left the TARDIS. The Eleventh Doctor fortunately remembered where the kitchen was. They feasted on frozen pizza, Ramen noodles, and corn dogs. They were hanging out in the console room when they heard the Ninth Doctor's voice.
"H-hello?" he called out. "Rose? Jack? Clara?" he paused. "Doctor?"
There was a small spark explosion from his TARDIS. He ran into it. The lights were back on and everything was operational.
"Yes!" he shouted. He told which controls Jack, Rose, and Clara should use in the Ninth Doctor's TARDIS. "Maybe, if we both dematerialize at the same time at different places, we'll pull apart!"
They pressed down their buttons and switches and pulled their dials and levers.
He opened the TARDIS door and saw the gloomy landscape of Trenzalore. But...the other TARDIS wasn't in sight. He saw the Ninth Doctor lying unconscious. He moved the TARDIS again so he would appear around him. Once that happened, he shook the Ninth Doctor awake.
"How...long?" asked the Ninth Doctor.
"Weeks," replied the Eleventh.
Yellow light appeared around the Ninth's Doctor's hands.
"No. No. Not now. It's too early. You have to save Rose from the Time Vortex! Don't regenerate now!" He saw the Ninth's Doctor's features beginning to form the Tenth's.
The Eleventh Doctor ran into the storage and grabbed a green bottle. He force-fed it into the Tenth Doctor (he had finished regenerating) and he morphed back into the Ninth Doctor.
He sat up. "Ugh. What is this stuff?" asked the Ninth Doctor.
The Eleventh shook it. "Pure regeneration energy. It puts so much into your system that you don't need to regenerate. Puts you back the body you had. Tastes nasty too. Bit too spicy for my taste but perfect for your taste. I remember having a taste for hot foods when I was you. Now please explain. What happened out there?"
