"Is everyone settled?" asked Helen.
All the girls were in a battle station. Helen's secret weapon was finally complete.
"Here we are, in the conference room," she said. "This metal bow, this source of unlimited power--the Bow-Tie! The station is literally 24 kilometers wide and 7 kilometers tall."
"Cool," said Emily. "What are its weapons?"
"Good question, Emily. The Bow-Tie's weapons are bound to destroy any Boy-Team ship. It has 2 ion cannons that can knock out their electronics. Turbolaser cannons keep us safe from intruders. We also have a huge airtube to capture enemy ships, notably Steven Thompson. Our Bow-Tie has the strongest Impervian armor that no laser cannon can blast, and a shield generator to boot."
"Good!" said Emily.
"It also has an extremely powerful laser that can fire from the center, spread out and vaporize an entire fleet. Unfortunately it uses so much energy that it takes twelve hours to recharge."
"That's just superb," Emily replied. All we have to take care of is training these girls to hit the target the first time. "Anything else?"
"There are more than enough robots guarding it," Helen said. She smiled. "And that will bring our victory!"
"Yes... this weapon will surely keep the boys in line," Emily replied, wringing her hands. I can't wait to set this in action. What more would we need to win this war?
Later on, the Girl-Team destroyed yet another neighborhood. Girl-Team bombers were the first to exit the wreckage, before the entire army came rushing out. From inside her heavily armed speeder, Emily led the charge.
"Boy-Team spies!" exclaimed General Cindy Lewis.
Emily climbed out from her speeder and advanced on the two boys.
"Emily Watson!" Tyrone whispered apprehensively.
Emily knelt down so she was face-to-face with the spies. Reaching out, she began fidgeting with Aidan's collar, causing him to turn pale. "Nice work, gents," she said, turning to the army. "You've found the Girl-Team."
At her words, everyone laughed.
"The police will stop you!" Tyrone shouted boldly.
"Will they?" Emily replied. Her mock frown broke into an evil grin. "They allowed this!" With that, Emily grabbed Tyrone by the throat and raised her blade. "I have created a ploy so convincing that the police will never know what came to them." Tyrone grasped his hands on Emily's, trying to force her to release him, but to no avail. She was too strong. And her lightsaber was nearing him. Tyrone's heart lurched as the blade's energy singed his hair. "I'm here to play their game."
Suddenly, she released Tyrone and shouted at the scouts. "Go! Tell Steven that we challenge him to skirmish our secret weapon." Aidan scampered off. Getting to his feet, Tyrone was right behind him. "I'm ready."
Emily looked on as they left. Scratching her chin, she said, "Well? How many boys are necessary to send a message?"
Cindy Lewis turned and loaded her gun. Then she cocked it high toward the escapees. "One!"
