Three days later

Ellen’s POV

“Ellen there’s a boy out the front looking for you.”

“Who?” I ask my mum from the spa, Claudia, Tegan and I just sitting and talking.

“Says his name is Louis.” My mum replied and I look at the girls who start making noises to notify my mum. “Is that your boyfriend?” she teases and I get out of the spa.

“No.” I mumble and quickly wiping off my legs and wrapping the towel over my shoulders, holding it together in front of me, I make my way through the house and towards the front door, I pull the handle down and pull it open, Louis standing with his hand burred in his pockets.

“Hi.” I greet him and he smile, his eyes looking me up and down, obviously not expecting me to be almost naked in my bikini.

“You have compony?” he asks not sure.

“It’s only Claudia and Tegan, come in.” I move aside letting him in, when I close the door and turn around my parents are looking at us curiously.

“Mum, dad this is Louis, Louis Debbi and Adam.” They all greet one another before we head down the hall and out the back, Tegan and Claudia greet Louis, “Ah, did you want a drink?” I ask, he refuses politely, I don’t really know what to do now, do I get back in the spa, stay out?

“You’re wearing your glasses.” He states looking down on me and I nod.

“It’s a weekend.” I shrug “Did you, umm, want to put your feet in?” I asked one of my eyes squinting slightly out of habit, I really have to stop that stupid squint, he shrugged and we made our way towards the connected pool and spa, I ridded myself of the towel and stepped in while he removed his shoes and sat on the edge.

“Who’s staying for dinner?” My mum pocked her head into my room, the girls lying across my bed, Louis and I on the lounge as I read out my application for the school in London.

“I will.” Tegan announces.

“I can’t, I have family coming over soon.” Claudia frowns.

“Louis?” I turn to him.

“No, im right.” He smiles in my mum’s direction, she nods before exiting the room, closing the door behind her and I continue to read out my application and letter for the school.

“What did you think?” I asked looking towards the girls, “Be honest, the application I can’t change but the letter I can.” I say looking back at my laptop screen.

“I want to say its shit so you won’t send it but.” Tegan shrugs, “It’s really good and im happy for you.” I smile at her and then look at Claudia who’s nodding.

“I double that, it was great, I know there going to accept you.”

“Where’s the school?” Louis chimes in, I look towards him.

“Ironically, England.” He nods and soon my mum calls dinner, we all leave my bedroom, Louis getting in his car which is parked out the front of my house and Claudia and I getting in mine as I quickly drive her home before I take off back to mine and sitting in my normal spot at the dinner table, Tegan sat in one of the extra spots as we all eat and talk, mostly about Louis which I try to change whenever I can but he seems to continuously become the topic of convocation.

Louis’ POV

I step into the house and start heading straight to the room I have been occupying during my stay in Australia, I can’t shake the idea of Ellen moving to the Uk at the start of next year, it could give us a opportunity to have a relationship, which I desperately want but I’m getting mixed signals from her.

“Been to see Ellen?” June, Harry’s aunty asks as I pass the kitchen.

“Yeah, how’d you know?”

“You were gone for a few hours, didn’t think you would be interested in anything else for so long.”

“Right, where’s Harry?”

“At the gym I think. He could be any wear really.” I nod in agreement, his probably off shagging some skank, I go to my room, closing the door and collapsing on the bed.

Harry’s POV

I’d been at the gym for almost two hours, I head into the boxing room at about seven and started on one of the boxing bags, punches in all different combinations hitting the bag with force, the chain holding the bag up crunching at the mettle it was hung on, I don’t know how long it had been till I had stopped hitting the bag, my bare chest and back covered in sweat, I head towards my things grabbing a towel to wipe the sweat from my forehead, arms front and back, I leaned up against the table, looking over the room, the same bag was occupied by Ellen again tonight, her pale green gloves smashing into the bag, just like it did the first time I saw her here, she was in a similar outfit as the other night too, just different colours, sports bra and sports tights, I watch her as I sip on my water bottle, wondering what makes her throw punches so shell shocking, her bare feet curling into the mats below her as she keeps balance. The muscles in her lags tightening as she forces her body in different directions, her shoulder blades look as if there crunching and I can’t help but wonder if it’s painful, a blemish on her right shoulder caught my attention, a scar, when I rake her body I see quite a few scars, none look as if they were self-inflicted.

“Thought I might find you here.” I hear Louis and turn towards him.

“Hey.” I nod in acknowledgement, “Look.” I say flicking my head in Ellen’s direction, she’s still going at it, non stop combinations, elbow hooks, pretend doges, when I look back at Louis im sure he hasn’t taken his eyes off her. “Now you see why I was going on about her the other day, man. Tell me that’s not hot.” He look to me a moment before back to her and making his way over, he says something that gets her attention, she stops her movements and looks towards him before laughing, she says something back, I see beads of sweat run down her chest and disappear into her bra, down her stomach and get soaked up by her sports tights. The way she looks at him gets my blood boiling, why can’t she look at me like that? I can tell they like one another I just don’t know if the other under stands that its mutual feelings. She fakes a right hook to his jaw as they laugh, he removes the gloves for her and they both go towards where her things are sitting, she takes the gloves off him placing them in her bag and she grabs a small towel ridding herself of sweat, the whole time they talk.

Ellen’s POV

“Where are your glasses?” Louis’ amused voice runs through my head, I stop my movements and look in the direction of the voice before laughing.

“I lost them, you might never see them again.” I jokingly say as I shrug.

“That’s ashamed, I like it when you wear them, I guess I’ll get over it.” he smiles a crocked smile and I softly right hook him in the jaw, he catches my wrist before I can pull it away fully and pulls the Velcro of the glove, slipping my hand from it then repeating his actions on the other hand, I thank him and we make our way towards my bag, I take the gloves from him dropping them in my gym bag and grabbing my towel, wiping my face, back, chest, stomach and arms getting rid of my sweat, I still feel sticky and hot from the work out, half an hour of running them only god knows how long on the boxing bag, after dinner I didn’t have much to do so I decided to head here, the gym is a good time waster, most the things I do are a good time waster.

“Wasn’t expecting to see you here.” I said as I shrugged on my vest hoody, zipping the front up so my sports bra was no longer visible.

“I double that, I was looking for Harry.” I nod.

“Did you find him?” he returns my nod and we both laugh.

“I though gyms stunk.” I smiles.

“No I said the one at school stinks because it’s not ventilated, this is.” He laughs knowing I was right, “I think im gonna head home, I feel icky.” I shake my arms out to the side and smile at my choice of words, as does he.

“Can I walk you to your car?” I slip my bag onto my shoulder and take a sip of my bottle.

“Suit yourself.” I say and we leave together, walking out of the boxing room and towards the exit.

“You move pretty well.” He tells me as the warm night air hits us, “Where’d you learn to box?”

“I kick boxed for about a year but didn’t like it and wanted to keep boxing so I got a trainer.” I shrugged.

“Why’d you stop with the trainer, not that you need it but just curious.”

“Long story short after a year I was walking home from school and bashed my instructor as he tried doing, ah, some inappropriate things.” He looked at me shocked, I shrugged. “I was thankful he didn’t kick box, that’s how I got him, he though he know how skilled I was but he never know I did kick boxing.”

“What happen to him?”

“His gym got shut down and he was charged, I was thirteen when it happen.” He looks like he had just seen a ghost, “Well thanks for walking me to my car.” I smile as I unlock it, opening the door, “I’ll see you later.” I smile.

“Yeah, see ya.” I drop into the black swift sport and close the door starting the engine and shortly after driving off.
