Ew. I looked in the mirror. Why does my face have to look like that? I turned to the side to look at my body. 215 pounds of gross. At least I'm not round.. I'm tall, 5'11 so it evens out. I sighed and started combing my long brunette hair. I liked my hair. Most people say I'm actually pretty, but my body just kills whatever self esteem I gain.
If I was pretty, why didn't I have a boyfriend? I walked out of my bathroom and went to my closet to grab my outfit. A pair of nice fitting skinny jeans, and a "Arctic Monkeys" hoodie. I didn't feel like trying today. I put on my makeup and ran down stairs.
"Hey moooooom." I said grabbing a juice box.
"Hey daaaaaaaughter." My mom laughed handing me my car keys. "Remember, I'm going to be gone for a few weeks, be good and don't have any boys over."
"Ha. I don't think you'll have to worry about that. Bye mom, love you." I hugged her goodbye and went out to my car.
I got into the car and started it. Just one more week left of high school. I can't believe I'm a senior. I'm graduating in two weeks. I smiled and drove off to school.
"Andie!" My friend Bree yelled at me from the school doors. I walked over to her and her boyfriend James.
"Hello ladies," I laughed nodding my head at James.
"Check it out, new kid. The last week of school! What's up with that?" Bree said pointing to a tall boy with long hair. He was wearing a red flannel and black jeans with holes in them. Even wearing the same shoes as me, black van sneakers.
"Well, he has a nice choice in clothing." I said checking him out. I laughed and turned back to Bree and James.
"Yeah, he's totally hot." James said and then Bree punched him in the shoulder.
"Wow, thanks babe." Bree said laughing.
At that moment the bell rang and we all went into the school. Ugh, hell.
